GGuest UserFantastic place! Highly recommended! The hotel feels brand new, with a stylish and well-designed interior. It’s located on a narrow street full of local cafes, restaurants, and bars - and just a short walk from the night market. We really appreciated the check-in process. We were offered a hot artichoke tea upon arrival, and the staff explained everything clearly - where to get filtered water, how to change towels yourself, where to find bathroom essentials, and how to open the front gate after hours. They also shared a super helpful Google Maps list of recommended restaurants and attractions. You can rent a motorbike right at the hotel, which was super convenient! Plus, they offer free shoe dryers and bananas at the reception - small but lovely touches. There’s an elevator, and thankfully it doesn’t beep loudly at every floor (like in many places!). We were also kindly upgraded from an economy room to a standard one - which included a small kitchen area with a sink, electric stove, cooking pot, dishes, and utensils. The room also had a writing desk, chairs, and a wide-screen TV. Inside, everything was spotless and smelled fresh the entire time. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was strong, and the bathroom mirror had built-in lighting. There was also a dehumidifier in the room, which kept the air fresh and completely free of mold or musty smells. Sound insulation was excellent - despite the busy street, we couldn’t hear any noise from outside. The only minor downside (which applies to most hotels) is that you can sometimes hear loud guests in the hallway through the front door. Luckily, they didn’t stay noisy for long. Overall, a wonderful stay - great location, clean rooms, thoughtful service, and excellent value!

AAngela Wong Mrs KangThe hotel is beautiful, historic and well maintained. Food and service quality is fantastic. I booked a luxury twin room with high ceilings and plenty of space. Built in 1922 with lush greens and floral garden right in front, antiques and ＞ 2000 pcs of art work. It is giving Bridgeton vibes. Location is perfect yet gives you the tranquil and peace. Eateries, cafes, massages can be found next door too. My little dismay is really the room, it can be refreshed a little to help travellers feel at ease, consider making it warmer and brighter.

The hotel was very clean, and the sense of hospitality was consistently felt across the entire team — from the front desk and doormen to the housekeeping staff. Everyone showed genuine service-mindedness, which immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Thanks to this hotel, our overall experience in Dalat was significantly enhanced. Using this hotel as our base allowed us to fully enjoy the city, and it truly elevated the quality of our trip. Next time, I would definitely like to book a slightly larger room and stay again. I can confidently say that a big part of what made our Dalat trip so memorable was having this hotel as our home base. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. The environment is soothing and relaxing, just the right place to unwind after a hectic tour. Although it's a little out of the city, we're easily connected to everywhere by your most efficient Grab service. Of special mention is the service of your great staff. At the breakfast room, Vy is the perfect PR who gave us very good information about where to visit and eat. I love the restaurants she suggested especially Rom and the chicken salad. Last night I had a very nice experience with Nga who knew I had stomach upset. She was most kind and thoughtful to suggest dishes I could eat and even offered ginger tea with honey. I'm very touched. Having travelled all around the world, I've never experienced such excellent service. Big thumbs up to Mercure!

EEverygeniaI love it. We had a chance to upgrade our room to premier (although only on the third day, but still, it was a great deal). Good breakfast, and normally it is a buffet, but if there are too few guests, is it a la carte. It is the best hotel around (we've checked a few nearby, and they are much worse (conditions of the rooms, beddings, etc) Sometimes it was very difficult to communicate with some of the staff, even with a translator, and it feels like I was talking to the alien, so be patient))
