"The service was very good from start to finish, phou who served us up at the rooftop bar Was a fantastic bar man and always smiling and friendly. The buffet was the best we have ever experienced, there was a great variety and quality. I usually don’t go to buffets but I was looking forward to it every morning. The room was very clean and spectacular. We had a massage everyday and thoroughly enjoyed it. My partner and I fell asleep during our foot reflexology it was that relaxing. If I am being overly critical, check in took longer then I expected and even though we got to the hotel at 10am it took until slightly after 3pm before our room was ready. We would have loved to have a higher level floor. Our room type said levels 3-7, we got allocated level 4. If I was to return I would request 5-7 as a run down building was blocking some of our view. Overall fantastic hotel and would definitely return"

"👍 Pros: 1. Great location: Very close to the beach — just cross the street and the beach is right in front of you. It’s only about a 3–5 minute walk. There are also convenience stores and plenty of local food options nearby. 2. Friendly and polite staff: The staff were very polite, helpful, and hospitable throughout our stay. 3. Early check-in support: We were able to check in earlier than expected. The check-in process was also surprisingly quick, even though we arrived during peak check-in time. 👎 Cons: 1. Room size: For 2 adults and a 3-year-old child, the room felt quite small, especially without a balcony. It was also difficult to find a suitable place to air-dry wet swimming clothes after going to the beach. 2. Bathroom ventilation: The ventilation in the bathroom/toilet could be improved. There wasn’t enough air circulation, so unpleasant odors tended to linger after using the toilet. Overall: A good choice if your priority is a convenient location close to the beach, friendly service, and easy access to local food and shops. However, if you’re travelling with a young child and prefer a more spacious room or a balcony for drying clothes, it’s worth considering this before booking. ."

"The hotel environment is excellent. Peaceful and quiet with a spectacular view of the ocean. The pool is clean and beautiful. The staff are helpful. One bad aspect of the hotel is the food. There are only two restaurants in the compound and both are bad. We reached in the afternoon and after checking in we went for lunch at one of the restaurants. We ordered seafood fried rice and spaghetti. When the food came we thought it was served from some leftover scraps! For dinner we went to the seafood restaurant and for starters we ordered the basket of bread and the bread looks like it was from the breakfast buffet. Our suspicions were confirmed the next morning when we went for the breakfast buffet. The basket of bread looks exactly like the bread served during breakfast. The spaghetti was exactly the same as well. The bits and pieces of the seafood fried rice looks like it came from the breakfast’s seafood noodle soup, except it was chopped up and fried with the rice! The whole episode with the food really upset us as we paid good money for the food in the restaurants and they are serving us leftovers from the breakfast buffet!"

"Good price hotel, suitable for middle-aged people because of the old design style. Facilities are still okay compared to the price. Breakfast is not diverse, but has enough Asian and European dishes. Staff have good service attitude and enthusiasm."

I arrived and reception said need top up per child charges and said because I not book with their hotel directly and if booked from trip.com need to additional charges for child. It’s slightly hard to communicate. Location wise is good. Hotel slightly old."

"Excellent hotel! Everything is perfectly clean, the bedding is top-notch, all toiletries are provided, and breakfast is fantastic (many dishes, tasty, varied, suitable for both Europeans and Asians). The beach isn't great, but it's a 5-minute walk to the sea, and there's a nice promenade for strolls. The pool closes at 6 PM."

"Definitely the best place to stay in Vungtau. Property is well maintained and clean, nicely decorated for the Tet hollydays. We have enjoyed unobstructed seaview along with two pools. One is tide pool (bottom poured) with sea water. Helpful personal will always share a smile. House restaurant is way much better that nearby eatteries. To be honest I should mention the sheer number of children squealing with happiness. Or sorrow. Or without any reason at all. Local parents don't care much about it. Any way it was very positive experience. My recommendations!"
