GGuest UserExcellent hotel location. The breakfasts are quite good; nobody will go hungry, and there's something for every taste. The hotel's cleanliness and the hotel itself have improved over the past year, offering even better customer service. There's now an in-house bar-restaurant on the ground floor. Live music and singers perform regularly according to a schedule. I will definitely book this hotel for my next trip.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in northern Nha Trang. It has its own beach, but it's a closed cove, and there's very little space for long-distance swimming. Closer to evening, when it's not so hot (around 5 PM), the tide goes out, making the water knee-deep, and entering the sea is prohibited after 6 PM. I liked the breakfast; it was a very varied spread with everything you could need. The hotel restaurant has quite reasonable prices. A shuttle takes guests to the city twice a day for shopping at the mall or just for a walk. There are no cafes near the hotel, and no options for an evening stroll, and the hotel grounds themselves are quite small. Upon checkout, we were unpleasantly surprised when we were told to return a teddy bear that was sitting on the bed; we were 100% sure it was a gift from the hotel. Overall, this resort is suitable for those who don't like noise and crowds. The room has bathrobes, indoor slippers, beach slippers, a beach bag, tea, coffee, and a kettle.

DDamoNNomadLingering smoke odour thats constant like the neighbours are smoking and its seeping through the vents which explains why my towels smelt of smoke upon arrival and requested them changed due to this and stains found on the hand towel (i suspect these hadnt been changes from the last guest)
Tv is a nuicance and doesnt stay on HDMI just flicks back to the crap hotel screen.
Kitchen with no substance, no pots no pans, cutlery, crockery, washing up liquid just bare cupboards like a show kitchen so pointless even booking this place for a short stay.
Housekeeping took nearly and hour to come to my room to change the towels and collect laundry, had to haggle over what item of clothing was what when it was clearly a lower priced item she was trying to put as higher. Lifts are pretty slow
Reception guy was attentive and helpful. Nice full length windows with decent view, hot water is a bit spotty despite the button for it being on constantly. Walls are thin and could hear someones alarm early morning, doors slamming in the corridor also
No indication what the switches donor relate so prepare for a disco whilst figuring it out - dirt and mess under the bed, stains on sheets, can tell its never been moved and cleaned. The woman at breakfast was gatekeeping food and was rude trying to snatch the bread out of my hand and trying to accuse me of ‘takeaway’ when all i wanted to do was make a sandwich, wide variety of buffet food but room service was poor and ordered out mainly. Asked for a towel upon visiting the rooptop and was asked to show my room
Card - when i was leaving a group of people of different ethnicity were handed towels without hesitation or confirmation of staying in hotel

GGuest UserWe just checked out today (June 2026) and were extremely satisfied! The hotel is conveniently located right in the city center, on the second line from the beach. Everything is nearby: the night market, the promenade with the Lotus Tower, cafes, shops, and massage parlors. The dining hall is huge with a wide variety of dishes. We had an upgraded room with two windows, offering great views of both the sea and the city. Linens and towels were changed daily, and we had good hot water pressure, even on the 22nd floor. The hotel is modern with a cozy lobby and three high-speed elevators. I wholeheartedly recommend it! ❤️

GGuest UserI visited last November and had such a good experience that I decided to bring my in-laws to Vinpearl Empire Nha Trang Hotel for our first family trip. Our large family of six had a comfortable stay in a two-bedroom suite. From the first day to the last, my kids loved the pool. The hotel accommodated our requests for an ocean view room right next to the elevator, which was great! 👍👍 The location is also excellent, close to everything in the city, so I'm very satisfied. Honestly, the cleanliness and facilities were just okay, but that's not something I worry too much about, so overall, I was very happy. My in-laws also enjoyed the breakfast very much! If you avoid the peak hours, you should be able to enjoy a relaxed meal. ^^

GGuest UserEverything was perfect! We stayed in a villa and our family absolutely loved it. The staff were attentive and polite. We had breakfast and dinner! Our kids are picky eaters, but there were no issues with the food at Marriott. The selection was amazing 🔥. About 7 people come for housekeeping and they do a fantastic job! We just called reception for a transfer from our room, and everything was very quick 🔥. The grounds are large and well-maintained, and the beach is excellent. Our villa's pool was cleaned every day. It's heaven! 🔥

SSofa criticismIbis as usual Good 3*** hotel located in central side of this noisy busy croudy city, small clean room, clean shower and toilet, everything is fine for this reasonable price. Bed is comfortable and clean, everyday housekeeping. Tea/cofee set with cups and 2 bottles of water, but plastic cattle is very cheap and old.
Breakfast + Cold swimming pool and massage we didn’t try, nothing to say. On reception feels uncomfortable. On first floor convenience store and restaurant.
For people who like Nha Trang is convenient location, but for us is uncomfortable, sorry… And on reception they ask 50 $ for deposit, hard to understand why?!

KKaixindeliThe hotel has a first-line sea view, unobstructed. The room is super big, very spacious, sea view king room, unbeatable sea view, full of sea, superb! A young man at the hotel front desk can speak Chinese, which is rare in Nha Trang, and the process went smoothly. The breakfast is relatively average, the restaurant is wide and has many seats. The hotel does not have currency exchange, but there are many banks and ATM machines around. The surrounding facilities are complete, and there are many supermarkets and restaurants of all sizes, with everything you need. The first-line sea view hotel in Nha Trang City, you have to cross the road to go to the beach, which is very convenient in a few minutes. In short, I have stayed in several hotels in Nha Trang, and this one is very cost-effective. If I come to Nha Trang again, I will choose this hotel.

KKwaziYoyoOn Trip the listings are not really as stated. For example: the TV in the room works haphazardly; the “luggage storage” requires a 20K fee per bag - regardless of size; and the “available parking” is also at a fee - 20k per night and then 5k every time you leave your bike during the day. I’ve travelled extensively in Vietnam and when these are listed, hotels don’t charge you for them. I would not have minded if they simply said there was a fee on the listing.
However, what really put me off was the check in. On the site it says check in time is 10:30 - I knew I was going to arrive in the early morning so this was perfect. When I got to the hotel they told me, with a tone, to “come back at 14:00”. When I asked about the 10:30 check-in time on the site he told me “that's only when it’s possible” then swiftly left me there. Okay cool, most hotels have check-in at 14:00 anyways so I didn’t mind much.
Came back way past 14:00 and they told me the room is still not ready. I was asked to wait 15mins minutes, but ended up having to wait for more than an hour. Once they said the room was ready they tried to give me one keycard - telling me there'd be an extra charge for two keys - but all other guests I saw were given two straight away. Once I pointed this out they gave me the extra card. At around 15:45 we were lead up to the room only to find out it was still being cleaned. The manager tried telling us to just go in while the poor auntie was still cleaning, and she'd clean the floor again after us. We were not going to make her clean twice so we waited and thanked the auntie after.
After that, there was not much else that stood out. The rooms looked the same as the pictures on the site, it was well cleaned daily and the location was close to the beach and restaurants.
