"Overall, the stay was fine — clean room, good location, no major issues. However, there was one strange situation. We asked for a couple of glasses for the room, but were told they were ”breakable” and couldn't be provided. Fair enough, we then asked for paper cups instead, but those were refused as well. It's a bit odd, considering the room has a fully equipped kitchenette, yet you have to go and practically beg for basic items like glasses. I wasn't asking for pots and pans, just a couple of glasses. Other than that, everything was okay."

"The room was incredibly clean, and the king-sized bed was especially spacious and comfortable enough for a family of four, including two elementary school-aged children. However, the view from room 424 was really disappointing, blocked by the building's roof. I didn't ask for a change since it was fully booked, but the view was truly a letdown 😭. Compared to a neighboring resort with similar pricing, the room here was better, but the swimming pool, other facilities, and especially the breakfast were quite underwhelming."

"The hotel is located on the first coastline, a 3-minute walk from the beach. A plus is the traffic light, which makes crossing with children much easier. Nearby are excellent shops, many restaurants, and massage parlors. There are currency exchange points to the left and right. We love North Nha Trang much more than the center, as there are fewer people here and the sea is cleaner. Opposite the hotel is a beautiful coral reef, so bring your snorkeling masks. Breakfasts are excellent: eggs, pho bo, lots of greens, fruits, and pastries: croissants, waffles, baguettes, jam. They clean every day and change towels. The only issue was the cleanliness of the pool: twice we went up and the filtration wasn't working, the water was cloudy, and there was dirt floating in it. But we came for the sea, so we didn't need the pool – not critical. We left our suitcases for a week while we flew to Da Nang. We returned to the same hotel and appreciated the breakfasts even more after the hotel in Da Nang. An excellent option for a budget price. To the left is a great coffee shop – Highlands coffee, with delicious desserts and decent coffee. Highly recommend!"

"The view and service were the absolute best. I was very satisfied with unexpected services like a room upgrade and late check-out. While breakfast had a few minor disappointments, like the japchae and bakery items, it was generally good. In particular, the variety and taste of the fruits were excellent, and the à la carte options were also a nice touch. The views from the room, pool, and gym were so satisfying that I didn't want to leave the hotel."

"I stayed here for 5 nights and the whole stay was wonderful. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It’s very close to the beach and only about 5 minutes from the city center by Grab. There’s also a coffee shop and convenience store on the ground floor. The coffee shop had a great view and was a very comfortable place to work or study. The breakfast was not very impressive and the selection was a bit limited, but it wasn’t bad. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning were great. If I come back to Nha Trang again, I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Wonderful hotel. The service is top-notch; they treat guests with great care and attention. The breakfasts are amazing 🔥🔥🔥 – everything is delicious and varied, with several types of meat, even duck! Smoked salmon is always available, along with 4-5 kinds of cheese, and the pastries are incredibly tasty. The room has everything you need and is cleaned well. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay!"

"For a temporary stopover, it's great. But there are certainly no 5 stars here. Maybe back in the '80s or '90s. But what 5-star hotel can you expect for this price? Many guests visiting the city beach stay here, but the hotel isn't designed for beachgoers at all – there's carpet everywhere and no way to get rid of the sand that sticks to you even after rinsing off at the beach exit. Towels are changed daily, all of them, despite their own signs asking guests to support eco-friendliness by throwing used towels on the floor for replacement and reusing others. If you happen to swim there, there's nowhere to dry your clothes. The rooms are indeed spacious. We had a family room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. However, the children's room had no windows, and there was no hot water in their shower. They only provide one key card per room (even for a family room designed for four people). They refuse to give more, suggesting you leave it at reception. We had a real problem with this – not everyone wanted to go for an evening stroll; one child wanted to stay and read a book. We were faced with a choice: leave, cutting off power to the room and leaving someone in the dark and without a book (everything switches off when you take out the card; the fridge seemed to as well), or risk returning to a locked door if the person fell asleep... In the end, we propped the door open with a suitcase. All very strange. Regarding cleanliness: On our floor, there was a cigarette butt in the ashtray by the elevator under the 'no smoking' sign for all three days of our stay. And nobody seemed bothered by it :)) But all of this is offset by the price :) So, we're just noting the oddities without complaint. As a transit point, it's perfectly decent."

"I was very satisfied with this hotel. 1. **Great Location**: Just 100 meters to the right from the exit, cross the road and you're at the beach. 2. **Excellent Facilities**: Although it's not a new hotel, it's very well-maintained. The coffee shop on the ground floor, the restaurant upstairs, and the pool on the 7th floor are all fantastic. 3. **Comfortable Stay**: The room was quiet and spacious, with a beautiful view from the window. The linen was of a good standard, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very large, equipped with a bathtub and bathrobes. 4. **Polite Service**: Both the front desk and restaurant staff were very polite, always smiling, and happy to assist with any request. 5. **Plenty of Nearby Amenities**: To both the left and right of the hotel entrance, there are many excellent restaurants. To the right, you'll also find convenience stores and bars. Behind the hotel are two large buildings: Lotte Mart and Nha Trang Center shopping mall, a treat for those who enjoy shopping."

"A truly wonderful stay, full marks across the board. Let me give a proper review. **Facilities:** They are a bit old, definitely showing their age, but in that 'old money' kind of way. The sunrise from the balcony is spectacular; I enjoyed stunning sunrises on both days. It's an established high-star hotel with comfortable rooms, a clean pool, lovely breakfast, and a well-equipped gym – truly perfect for a vacation. The only minor inconveniences were the lack of power outlets (understandable given it's an older building) and the old-fashioned light switches which weren't as convenient as modern centralized controls. **Hygiene:** Excellent, cleaned daily. **Environment:** Great! Very convenient for getting around. **Service:** This is where it fell a bit short. It felt like there was a difference in how Korean, Japanese, and Western guests were treated compared to Chinese guests. Also, the Chinese speaking ability at the front desk was quite weak."

"The sunbed situation on the beach is absolutely awful. ****** come and reserve sunbeds even before they're set up (before 6 AM). It's a huge issue! Everyone is angry because of it. The hotel needs to come up with a solution to ensure there are enough sunbeds for everyone. Since there are more paid sunbeds than hotel ones, something can definitely be done. Or, it seems to me, this is already a business strategy – not increasing the number of sunbeds so that guests have to pay for them."
