"The hotel offers English-speaking consultation services, and the young lady at the front desk was very attentive and patient in her communication. The location is excellent, with a cafe directly opposite where you can spend the whole day with a single coffee, enjoying the air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and power outlets. There's a bar right next door to the hotel if you fancy a drink. Plus, there are three banks within 30 meters."

"It was my first time visiting Ho Chi Minh, and I have mentally prepared that about the room space might not be spacious (for my budget) after reading up many online review. But when I arrived at this hotel, it was actually better than what I expected 😄 The hotel location is situated at District 1, and the proximity to places we wanted to visit (eg Pink Church, Saigon Central Post Station, Saigon Centre, Fine Art Museum) is considered close (around 5-10 mins Car ride, and the grab is super affordable!!). Within walking distance, there’s some local restaurants, bakery, Watson and spa too. Upon arrival, it’s a small alley to get into the hotel, it looks cozy from the outside. And inside, the hallway is quite small, but overall it’s nice and clean. The staffs were very friendly and welcoming. And to our surprise, they also have free laundry machines for us to use. The room is clean, and enough space for me and my sister. Soundproof wise, is all good too. Didn’t hear much noise from street or from hallway. For the price and quality it provides, I would say it match my expectations, and would probably explore other M Village branches next time."

There are many establishments nearby, but the hotel itself has a wonderful restaurant with good prices and excellent service, offering delicious dishes. This hotel is top-notch."

"Pros: Nice one bedroom with cozy living room and a full kitchen plus washing machine. The bed is comfortable. The aircon was good and quiet. The location is perfect - i often stay around that area, everything is very walkable, taxi is cheap and quick. Some cons: 1) sometimes there is a cigarette smell coming from the ventilation - some guests are smoking inside 2) i think windows should be eventually replaced to modern with a better sound insulation as there are some places with loud music nearby 3) the window lock in my bathroom was broken"

"The hotel is very pretty!! The greenery there is beautiful and a good spot for photo taking! There’s a little cafe (Lac cafe) right outside the hotel and you can take nice pictures. The staff is extremely helpful and nice, and they have helped to make the stay very enjoyable~ You can contact and chat through WhatsApp with them so communication was really convenient and easy"
