"Everything was great! The staff were lovely, very polite, and always willing to help with luggage. They greeted us every day and thoughtfully asked if we needed to book a taxi. Overall, I'd definitely go back."
"Great place, clean good staff and fantastic location. Only downside is the traffic noise. I was on top floor wore good earplugs and was able to sleep fine
Its great value for money"
"The hotel offers English-speaking consultation services, and the young lady at the front desk was very attentive and patient in her communication. The location is excellent, with a cafe directly opposite where you can spend the whole day with a single coffee, enjoying the air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and power outlets. There's a bar right next door to the hotel if you fancy a drink. Plus, there are three banks within 30 meters."
"Great location opposite to a park. Staff (front desk, security guards and housekeeper s) are all friendly, helpful and professional. Would come back for sure next time in Ho Chi Minh 😎"
"It was my first time visiting Ho Chi Minh, and I have mentally prepared that about the room space might not be spacious (for my budget) after reading up many online review. But when I arrived at this hotel, it was actually better than what I expected 😄
The hotel location is situated at District 1, and the proximity to places we wanted to visit (eg Pink Church, Saigon Central Post Station, Saigon Centre, Fine Art Museum) is considered close (around 5-10 mins Car ride, and the grab is super affordable!!). Within walking distance, there’s some local restaurants, bakery, Watson and spa too.
Upon arrival, it’s a small alley to get into the hotel, it looks cozy from the outside. And inside, the hallway is quite small, but overall it’s nice and clean. The staffs were very friendly and welcoming. And to our surprise, they also have free laundry machines for us to use.
The room is clean, and enough space for me and my sister. Soundproof wise, is all good too. Didn’t hear much noise from street or from hallway.
For the price and quality it provides, I would say it match my expectations, and would probably explore other M Village branches next time."
"Excellent, new, and clean hotel. The staff are very friendly. Convenient location, close to all the city center attractions. There are many establishments nearby, but the hotel itself has a wonderful restaurant with good prices and excellent service, offering delicious dishes. This hotel is top-notch."
"Pros: Nice one bedroom with cozy living room and a full kitchen plus washing machine. The bed is comfortable.
The aircon was good and quiet.
The location is perfect - i often stay around that area, everything is very walkable, taxi is cheap and quick.
Some cons:
1) sometimes there is a cigarette smell coming from the ventilation - some guests are smoking inside
2) i think windows should be eventually replaced to modern with a better sound insulation as there are some places with loud music nearby
3) the window lock in my bathroom was broken"
"Very good and punctual service and response 😊
Toilet door is quite loud but other than that, it’s a perfect place to stay especially if you don’t like loud noise at night."
"The hotel is very pretty!! The greenery there is beautiful and a good spot for photo taking!
There’s a little cafe (Lac cafe) right outside the hotel and you can take nice pictures.
The staff is extremely helpful and nice, and they have helped to make the stay very enjoyable~
You can contact and chat through WhatsApp with them so communication was really convenient and easy"

Amazing
TTravellingmaudeOne of the best hotel experiences I've had, and the first impression set the tone perfectly. Upon arrival, our bags were immediately taken by staff, and before we even reached the front desk, we were warmly greeted, guided to a seating area, and served fresh fruit, cold tea, and a refreshing wet towel — all while check-in was handled seamlessly. That kind of hospitality is rare.
We booked two rooms, both beautifully decorated in a unique cave-themed style. Each room came with a jacuzzi bathtub, excellent shower pressure, and an automatic bidet with a heated seat — thoughtful touches that made a real difference. The air-conditioning was wonderfully cold, a true relief in Vietnam's heat.
The toiletries were paraben-free, which I genuinely appreciated, and the hairdryer was a solid Dyson dupe, very functional and stylish. Room size was comfortable for two guests.
Breakfast was included, as was afternoon tea — both a lovely bonus. The location is incredibly convenient, within walking distance of Malaysia Street's halal eateries and Ben Thanh Market.
Exceptional value for money. Highly recommended, and I will absolutely be returning. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
GGuest UserLocated in District 1, this hotel is right in the heart of the tourist area, making transportation super convenient. It's also just a stone's throw away from Japan Town, which is a great place to explore and enjoy some delicious food. A special shout-out to Ka and Mike at the front desk for their excellent service!
AAnonymous UserPros:
Historic building, pleasant courtyard with an indoor pool.
Ample toiletries provided in the bathroom, not just single items.
Attentive staff for cleaning and delivering amenities.
Cons:
The staff don't seem to understand the concept of guest service. Breakfast waiters practically knock you over, trying to get past first. The person delivering luggage to the room told us, 'I'll go first, you take the next elevator.' 😂
Breakfast needs a special mention:
Breakfast hours are until 9:30 AM, but in other hotels in Ho Chi Minh City where we stayed, breakfast was until at least 10:00 AM or 10:30 AM. However, the breakfast time isn't the only issue; waiters start clearing tables and milk pitchers at 9:00 AM, instead of serving guests. They focus on cleaning and clattering dishes, subtly hinting that breakfast is over. Furthermore, not once during our entire stay did anyone offer to bring/pour coffee. Cappuccinos and lattes are made by a separate barista; you can't make these drinks yourself from the coffee machine. There are no freshly squeezed juices. And what's unacceptable is the sour and overcooked vegetables – broccoli and cauliflower. It's surprising that the hotel management isn't monitoring the quality of their establishment; for comparison, look at the Pullman hotel.
In the evening, the cleaning lady in the fitness center was making a lot of noise while cleaning the changing room, making it difficult to concentrate even with headphones on.
Suggestions for the hotel: Train the staff on service and sort out the breakfast issues.
AAileenzscThe room was clean, tidy, spacious, and very comfortable. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and thoughtful. It was great to be able to open the windows for fresh air. The breakfast fruit was fresh and delicious. Plus, the hotel's location on Ho Chi Minh Square made getting around super convenient.
VVictor HankIs very 5 star hotel and service is very high class. The room is also very clean. However, the room is abit squeezy but overall is good experience. One night SGD 160 is quite reasonable. The concierge team is very experience and friendly in helping us find a 24 hour clinic. The view at floor 25 is really good. They have an infinity pool at the rooftop which can see the whole of HCMC cityview.
FFitria LingWe had such a wonderful stay here and truly enjoyed the entire experience from beginning to end. The apartment was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family trip. I came with my second brother and nephew, and the 3-bedroom layout worked beautifully for us — my brother stayed in the master bedroom while my nephew and I each had our own cozy rooms with a shared bathroom. It gave everyone privacy while still feeling warm and homely together.
The living room was very spacious, with a lovely balcony and an absolutely amazing view overlooking the sea/river. Waking up to that view every day was one of the highlights of our stay. The large dining table was also great for us to gather and enjoy meals together.
The house was very well-equipped with complete kitchen utensils and amenities, including a washing machine, which made our stay even more convenient and comfortable.
What made the experience even more memorable was the warm hospitality. The welcome was incredibly thoughtful, and the host was extremely helpful throughout our stay, even recommending local food places for us to try. We genuinely felt cared for and welcomed like guests rather than just visitors.
Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a spacious, comfortable, and relaxing stay with beautiful views and wonderful hospitality. We would happily stay here again.
ZZmeyerLocated almost perfectly for Saigon's riverside - beautiful scenery, breezy, convenient for getting to the cityvattraction. Its a big apartment building, fresh and clean. Pool is not big and made mostly for children.
Flat wasnt so nice as it was on pictures. But its not bad, i like it. Main troubles were: no hot water in second bathroom, noisy aircons blocks just outside balcony. But: very good beds and bedlinens, very clean, all the utensils.
I have to say that guys from Rivergate central is just saints. They were able to solve a huge trouble created by ourselves. Thank you, u r great.
Yes, i will stay there again. Very good price for this unit and location - and unbeatable service.
*****赏樱花I went to Ho Chi Minh City with friends, but I didn't do my research well 😂. The hotel's location wasn't ideal; there was always traffic congestion, and it was quite far from the city center. If I were to go again, I think I would choose the Ben Thanh area. Otherwise, it was okay. It seems the hotel doesn't provide housekeeping for consecutive stays; we stayed two nights and they didn't give us new towels, so we had to ask the front desk for them when we got back at night.
BBerryman06The hotel would be great, if it didn’t have a few major issues. In the room one night we left a half eaten bag of biscuits on the bed side table and found it covered with small bugs in the morning, as well as a cockroach on the floor. As well, the sheets had what appeared to be blood stains from the previous visitors, which wasn’t great. Finally, a small thing was the room was quite dark, as the curtain couldn’t be opened.
The location of the hotel however was great.
