"The hotel is very pretty!! The greenery there is beautiful and a good spot for photo taking! There’s a little cafe (Lac cafe) right outside the hotel and you can take nice pictures. The staff is extremely helpful and nice, and they have helped to make the stay very enjoyable~ You can contact and chat through WhatsApp with them so communication was really convenient and easy"

"The hotel offers English-speaking consultation services, and the young lady at the front desk was very attentive and patient in her communication. The location is excellent, with a cafe directly opposite where you can spend the whole day with a single coffee, enjoying the air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and power outlets. There's a bar right next door to the hotel if you fancy a drink. Plus, there are three banks within 30 meters."

"Pros: Nice one bedroom with cozy living room and a full kitchen plus washing machine. The bed is comfortable. The aircon was good and quiet. The location is perfect - i often stay around that area, everything is very walkable, taxi is cheap and quick. Some cons: 1) sometimes there is a cigarette smell coming from the ventilation - some guests are smoking inside 2) i think windows should be eventually replaced to modern with a better sound insulation as there are some places with loud music nearby 3) the window lock in my bathroom was broken"

"Facilities: The facilities are quite new, the room is spacious, and there's a balcony. Hot water comes out quickly. Hygiene: No issues with cleanliness. Environment: Located on a small street, with a 7-Eleven convenience store nearby and dining options not too far away. Service: Overall service level is good."

"Highly recommended! The hospitality is superb! Although they had some rules, which is reasonable, and I've saw few reviews about it before booking, we accepted it and book. Totally not regretting! The atmosphere, coziness and breakfast is super duper good. They help bring up your luggage, they serve delicious breakfast (breakfast is to be book while check-in, through their provided menu), they let us check-in 1hr earlier, since our first hotel gotta check out at 12pm, we arrived at Emerald on 1pm and they let us check in, so kind 🌻 Staff also speaks good English, the small balcony view is quite ok too, and the mini bar items is free omg so kind!!"
