Администратор молодой мужчина очень отзывчивый, дружелюбный и вообще самый лучший 🌸 Сотрудники помогли нам с размещением подруги, большое им спасибо ✨ Единственный момент это дорогая стирка 45к, в май ан в дананге можно найти в два и в три раза дешевле

The Hotel is lovely. We arrived early evening and just went to bed. However, the bin in the bedroom still had rubbish in it and there was no coffee - it looked like it had been half cleaned then left. The TV didn't work but they replaced it immediately. But not a good start! After that the room was cleaned properly and coffee and tea replenished along with complimentary toothbrushes, combs razors etc. the breakfast was plentiful and catered for all tastes. The lady also cooked us fresh fried eggs. The room was large and nicely decorated and the bathroom was fabulous. The shower was the best out of all the hotels we have stayed at and there was constant hot water. We used the laundry service, which was a bit expensive, but I think they Iron the clothes? Overall I would recommend the Nature Resort it is a fabulous hotel at an excellent price. The only downside is that it is a bit far out from the centre.

I really liked this hotel. My room was clean and spacious, with high ceilings and a fridge, and it was cleaned daily. It's a 20-minute walk to the city center. There's a pool, but the water is a bit cool, though the pool area itself is outdoors in a quiet, enclosed space with armchairs, greenery, and flowers all around. They provide drinking water, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel, you won't regret it.

The hotel is closer to the rice fields – they offer free bikes, and you can get there in 10-15 minutes. If you walk to the old town, allow for more than 25 minutes. Now for the downsides. Breakfasts are poor. Really poor. Everything is à la carte, with minimal choice, plus a small table with fruits – and that's it. If you're expecting a decent buffet, look elsewhere. The rooms are generally clean, which is fine. But our air conditioner was dirty – causing it to scream like a jet taking off. Plus, a slightly broken window also added to the 'ambiance.' And this is where it gets interesting. We wrote an honest review on Google Maps. The next day, the manager came to us and said he could be fired because of it. He asked us to delete the review… and as 'compensation,' he brought mandarins bought with his own money. He fixed the window and the air conditioner, which is good, but they really could be more attentive. The situation, to put it mildly, is strange. So, be aware: there's a feeling that negative reviews here might just be asked to be removed. Another point – everywhere it says this is a new hotel from 2026. But it feels less like a new hotel and more like an old one that's had a light renovation and a new sign. Far from fresh. Overall: a 4 minus. It's livable, but it's best to temper your expectations a bit right away.

The location is around 15 minutes walking distance to the hoi an ancient city. Provide nice breakfast with fruits. Comfortable hotel.

Pleasant hotel for a short stay in Hoi An, with comfortable and well-equipped rooms. Housekeeping is done daily, but not very thoroughly; however, towels are changed daily. A small drawback: one of the receptionists doesn't speak English, and when we asked where to rent bicycles, she didn't mention that the hotel provided them free of charge. So we unnecessarily paid for a rental outside the hotel. The breakfast is excellent, especially the Vietnamese sandwiches. However, the pool seems to lack maintenance (foam) and the water is far too warm to be refreshing.

The hotel was nice and clean with a swimming pool. The location was also convenient and in a quiet neighborhood about a 30 minute walk or 10 minute car ride to Old Town. The staff was amazing, super accommodating and friendly. They were very helpful and even gave us recommendations for tours, places to eat and airport transfers. Would totally recommend this place.

This is an Instagram-worthy accommodation located about 20 minutes from the Old Town. The local owner and staff are incredibly, unbelievably friendly. The room was spacious, smelled nice, and felt very cozy. The beanbag chair was also great for relaxing. There was a balcony, but since it was a wall view, I didn't go out. However, even the wall had an Instagram vibe, so I took a picture. The accommodation is clean, and the floor seems to be made of stone. However, because it has an Instagram feel, there is no TV. You have to request any necessary disposable toiletries separately. You also have to request a hairdryer. But it was refreshing that they lent me things like chargers. The downside is that I don't know if it was just my room or if there was a specific setting I needed to adjust, but the hot water only came out for about 10 minutes and then only cold water came out... I saw what looked like a water heating machine, so I thought if I waited, it might come out in the morning, but it didn't. Also, perhaps because the building was generally dark, when I went into the bathroom next to the shared kitchen on the first floor, mosquitoes were flying around like fireflies. I thought, ”Luckily, there aren't any in my room,” but that was just my imagination. I sprayed mosquito repellent all over the bedding before going to bed, but I woke up at 4 AM, having been bitten badly, after the effect wore off... It turned out there was a gap about one and a half finger lengths under the door, as if saying, ”Mosquitoes, hey here, open the door, come on!” I think they all came in through there... And to make matters worse, the bedding I liked because it was pretty was bright red... I tried catching mosquitoes until 5 AM... but eventually gave up, sprayed repellent again, and slept a little longer. For the record, I am the person most loved by mosquitoes in the world... Oh, and I could only communicate with the staff via WhatsApp, WeChat, and a Vietnamese messenger.

Georgous property in a great location, just minutes from major Hoi An streets. The rooms are sparkling clean and brand new. So many included activities onsite including an art gallery. The breakfast is healthy and features popular staples like bahn mi and pho. The staff go the extra mile and are all smiles. Including Victoria who has impecable hospitality and was the highlight of my stay.

Good service owner There are bicycles to borrow to ride. Umbrellas and hats to borrow, can add line to ask at any time.
