"We have stayed here many time because it is a beautiful building in an excellent location. The general staff are outstanding and the food and rooms are amazing. Unfortunately the front desk is just not the same as the rest of the experience. When I wrote in to ask for an early check in I got no reply- on my arrival I asked about this and was told because I got no reply that means it’s fine. I find this odd as I explained that we were arriving after a three part flight over 18 hours. We have stayed here at least 3 other times and my comment for each time would be pretty much the same - I feel the front desk could do better to Mach their rest of the experience."

"We were a group that I booked for, the receptionist was very helpful on the day of booking in as we were a bit early, but she made a plan for us to at least get some of the rooms earlier. They were always very friendly, and our rooms was always nicely cleaned when we returned at the end of the day. The generator was a very big help while most of PE did not have electricity."

"On arrival I was allocated a wrong room and I had to go down to the reception for exchange. The telephone in the room was not working but keep on making noise. The TV was not working and I had to use my cell phone to call the reception for assistance. The assistance came an hour later after making another call. He tried unsuccessfully to fix it. "

"Comfortable and spacious room in a simple and no frills hotel. Nice touch with some welcome chocolates too. There is a restaurant on site too with a bar. Service was good, and checking in and out was very smooth, helped by friendly staff. The outdoor porch with a pool was a nice touch and had great views outside."
