"This is a lovely hotel on the outskirts of Le Mont Dore. The hotel is easy to find and has ample free parking available. The staff are very welcoming and speak excellent English. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and well appointed. You could easily walk into town from the hotel and try any of the multitude of restaurants, but we chose to eat at the hotel. The food is excellent and very well priced. We will definitely stay here again in the future."

"Hotel has good parking in a town where not many do and rooms have been recently decorated but bathrooms very disappointing. Likely they have been retro fitted and squeezed in so in one room virtually impossible to use the toilet and close the bathroom door. Balcony a bit rickety. Staff in restaurant friendly and not a bad breakfast. Not at all accessible as whilst there is a lift it is only accessible by steps as is the front door"
