"Hello We got an awesome room or say , It was a Suite with super pretty view. Breakfast was awesome. One thing I did not like . There was no thermostat or temperature control on the room. We had a duplex room and in the Top , It was very hot. The problem was that we couldn't control it"

"Hotel looks very nice, bedrooms are quite large, clean, silent and comfortable. Breakfast is very good and ou can also enjoy a small (but very nice) spa (not as big as the Leukerbad one but noce and much less crowded) We paid around 750 CHF for 2 people for 2 nights, not cheap but reasonable considering the level of the hotel and the QC Terme cost in Bormio (similar hotel but based in Italy which should be cheaper - we paid 1200 € for a similar accomodation) Highly recommended if you love spa in great places"

"We stayed for 2 nights. We arrived by hiking to the hotel, hot and sweaty. We were greeted by friendly people and offered cool towels for our face and neck - so nice. Our rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The care for our rooms and our needs felt like we were the most important guests. The pools are incredible. The outdoor pool on day one was cool and refreshing. On day two the outdoor pool was like the largest hot tub. Our son, thinking it would be cool, jumped right in without feeling it. What a shocker!!!! The indoor pool is warm and relaxing and perfect after a days hike. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Again the service was incredible, attentive but no over the top. The food is delicious. "

"We have stayed for 2 nights including half board and everything was perfectly managed. Because there was an off season, we had thermal pools almost for ourselves: saunas, two hot pools and especially hot pot with temperature 42-44 degrees of Celsius, which makes unique experience combined with tons of snow around. Breakfast was rich with many cheese options and other local products like bread and jam. Dinner was 4 course and definitely kind of culinary experience."

"Very nice hotel in a very good location. We had a perfect stay in Leukerbad. The spa in the hotel after long hike was extremely pleasant and relaxing. Everyone in the hotel was very nice and polite. The lady in the reception was extremely helpful, informative and polite. She gave us a lot of information about different hiking routes and also a lot of details which helped us in next stages of our motorbike trip around Switzerland. We hope to go back soon for longer stay."

"We were here over Christmas and it was perfect. Our room was large and had a lovely balcony. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a good size and also very clean. It had everything we needed. Because it was Christmas there was someone playing the piano during dinner (He was excellent) and so we had drinks before which were perfect. This was both nights. Breakfast was also good. The lift is very small! One person and luggage only. The pool and spa were superb! The outdoor spa in winter is truly magical - such a special way to spend Christmas Day afternoon (so different to the sun and heat in Australia). Hotel is in a great location for walking anywhere in the village. Would definitely stay here again."

It is a pity that there is no longer a restaurant, but breakfast is served and it is a very good breakfast. "The Grand Bain hotel room was old-fashioned and poorly maintained, but clean. The toilet water ran constantly. The sauna and Turkish baths were permanently closed. The hotel pool had broken jets and dirty, cracked tiles. The bar was closed. Under the welcome sign at the entrance were long-withered flowerpots. There were very few staff members, but they were friendly. Breakfast was okay. In the Alpentherme spa center, foreign guests bathed in street clothes. The shopping arcade was almost completely dark, as only one shop remained open."
