"On the night of check-in, the bathroom door was not closed tightly, causing the shower water to overflow and flow all over the floor. When I was taking the bath towel, I fell to the floor. I immediately found the water leakage and called the front desk. They came to the scene to deal with it. I waited for nearly 20 minutes. In the end, the on-duty supervisor on site did not give a satisfactory decision-making plan. Because it was close to 2 o'clock in the morning, we temporarily arranged to change a room to rest and wait for the hotel to reply us after negotiation. At 2:30 pm, the hotel privately decided to deal with the 20% discount on the room rate. This should not be the service of the best local hotel. The worst hotel accommodation experience.."

"Had a great experience staying here, the staff is amazing. I stayed here for several weeks with the company I worked for. I liked it so much I extended my stay. The staff went out of their way to help me and even other guest. The ladies at the front desk, were very friendly. The house keeping women did an amazing job everyday they were very courteous and respectful of my privacy and belongings. The hotel manager was great he even added some western dishes to the menu. I would highly recommend staying here."

"I highly recommend this hotel! My experience from check-in to check-out was fantastic. The front desk staff were warm, efficient, and even proactively offered tips on local restaurants and transportation during check-in, which was a really thoughtful touch. The room was spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was much better than expected, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The location is also excellent, with a subway station within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again on my next visit!"

"Staffs are kind and helpful. Especially the staff Bruce in front desk. He proactively introduce their services such as breakfast location and opening time. When I felt hungry, he expressed his apologies due to limited service at midnight as I checked-in around 23:00. He tried his best to offer the instant noodle for dinner to me as an alternative solution. The next day morning while I were waiting for driver to pick up. He expressed his sincere attitude then offer me a goodbye drink as courtesy. His goodwill let me feel warm during my staying. "Today, I would like to express my special thanks to the handsome Feng Qi and beautiful Shen Enya, two front desk staff members of the All Seasons Hotel. Their warm, thoughtful, polite and patient service attitude is worthy of praise. We decided to stay in a hotel on the way home from a vacation in Qingdao. At that time, the air conditioner of the hotel we stayed in Qingdao the night before was broken and we could not sleep anymore. The hotel said that there were no vacant rooms for us to change to, so we decided to check out and drive home at around 2 a.m. At around 7 a.m., the whole family was very tired. We were afraid that my husband would drive unsafely due to fatigue, so we decided to find a hotel to stay in and catch up on sleep. After contacting the hotel, the front desk staff immediately arranged the room for us. After arriving at the hotel, they arranged for us to have breakfast and check in. When we left in the afternoon, they also gave us special fruits. I am really grateful to these two front desk staff members. I am very satisfied with the service attitude and hotel environment of the All Seasons Hotel, which made me feel at home."

The lobby is bright and spacious as soon as you walk in, and all the details are perfectly executed – from the coffee bar and local tour guides to the delivery robots, which are incredibly thoughtful and convenient.
