"The booking process was easy and had been prepaid. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and efficient. It’s easy to find in a good location close to our favorite place to eat while we are in Liberal. The room was clean, comfortable bed and easy to adjust the temperature to your liking. The only issue was the toilet paper holder was loose and trying to come off the wall."

"A great place to stop after a long day on the road. Manny, at the desk, made the check-in easy and gave us good recommendation for dinner. The place is not the Ritz but a clean, comfortable place to sleep. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The price was right on spot."

"Took several hours to get it warmed up and still cold! It could certainly use updating! Wouldn’t recommend staying there! The beds were hard, the bathroom was disguising, the carpet dirty , some plug ins didn’t work! If I had looked at it before I paid, I wouldn’t have stayed there!"

"This is a good motel hiding its light. The room we booked (king bed) is large, comfortable and well furnished. And I love that they use real mugs and glasses, not paper and plastic. It's comfortable and the host is friendly. And I was thrown back to my teenage years by the joss stick burning at reception: such a welcoming smell. If you stay here, you get 80s comfort: it feels relaxed, not plastic-modern. You also get a fridge, microwave, aircon and space. We loved it."

"This is definitely a 2 star motel or less. For starters, they do not provide any type of streaming or cable tv. Must use GuestCasttv.com from your phone, tablet or laptop in order for the tv to work. They do not provide any type of maid service during your stay. When you want new towels you have to go down to the office and exchange them for fresh towels. Our front entrance door was rather old/worn and from inside the room you could see outside daylight via a large vertical crack between the door and framing. The motel is located right next to a busy 4 lane street in which you hear all the different vehicles driving by all day/night long. You can even here people speaking right outside in the parking lot. The enclosed bathroom (commode/shower) is small. The shower head in our room has been dripping/splattering for so long the bottom drywall is partially missing. The bathroom sink was also leaking in which I reported both leaks to the person at the counter. The room has a wooden floor which is good for those who have pets. You are required to pay an additional $25.00 per day to park in their own parking lot right in front of your door. Each parking space (marked with white lines) is extremely small in width so be prepared for door dings. Approximately 400 yards down the road are multiple government housing projects everywhere. I walked approx 100 yards to a food mart to purchase bottled water and felt like I required a body guard or weapon for protection. What a nightmare this place was for both myself and my companion. I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"It is impossible to explain how impressed we are after spending a night in motel. Checking in was extra special because I have horrible allergies. The checkin staff went out of their way. The room was spotless nice sized room with a wonderful clean well maintained bathroom. It was so quiet and comfortable I hated to leave. In fact our stay was a week ago and we will be staying there on our way home. I have stayed in high priced luxury motel/hotels that could not compare to this nice quiet clean comfortable motel."
