When I left the store on the morning of February 8, I accidentally lost the briefcase at the flower bed at the entrance of the hotel. Fortunately, I was picked up by the hotel staff and handed it to the front desk in time for safekeeping. The package contains mobile phones, bank cards, official cards, ID cards and important documents, as well as some cash. After communication, your hotel will properly transfer the cash to my family as soon as possible, and quickly send the briefcase back to me. It has been successfully received and all items are intact and recovered. My family and I would like to express our sincere gratitude to your hotel!
