"The receptionist's attitude during check-in was good. The room was clean as shown in the picture. I saw this scene when I just entered the room. It was really not good. I won't say much else. I checked in at 12:30 at night, but the smoke alarm went off at around 4:00 in the morning. After the staff eliminated the fire hazard, they couldn't turn off the alarm. It went off for more than an hour because the hotel staff didn't have the key... This is really the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel."

"I haven't stayed in such a bad hotel in a few years. The service is average and the environment is not good. The front desk said not to open the window because there are small flying insects. The air conditioner is reluctant to give cold air and only ventilates. The noise is as loud as a tractor. It's so noisy and hot. I didn't sleep well all night and couldn't get into a deep sleep at all. Oh my God, it's terrible."

"This is a super rubbish hotel in Lingbao. When you book a room with Ctrip, you have to pay a deposit of 200 yuan before the room card is issued. The central air conditioner is useless. It is very hot after being turned on all night. I can only get up and open the window to breathe. It is not as good as The air-conditioning report is comfortable like a small hotel worth 40 yuan. When I went to check out in the morning, there was no one at the front desk. After waiting for a long time, an old man finally came and asked me to hand over the room card and wait until after nine o'clock to send a WeChat refund."

When my family went to get breakfast, the room had no electricity, and the toilet couldn't be flushed after use. How embarrassing! When I checked out, I mentioned this to the front desk, but they kept making excuses, saying they only gave one room key, and their attitude was extremely poor.
