"I booked the Ginza Jiayi Light Residence Hotel online, and it completely exceeded my expectations after checking in! I have to give it a shout-out! The breakfast was excellent. I initially thought the breakfast for a room with breakfast included would be simple, but I was pleasantly surprised – hot dishes, cold dishes, tofu pudding, steamed corn, shumai, fried dough sticks, multigrain porridge, soy milk, milk, grilled sausages, fresh fruit, and snacks were all available. They even made wontons for us! The variety was so extensive that it was hard to choose. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and they replenished the hot dishes promptly, so I didn't have to settle for anything less. I felt energized all day after eating! The hotel's location is excellent, a prime spot that's quiet despite the hustle and bustle downstairs. The area downstairs is lively and convenient, but the room was exceptionally quiet, ensuring a good rest. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and there was no odor at all. The bathroom was dry and tidy, with no blind spots, and toiletries were provided. The attention to detail showed great care, making for a very comfortable stay. The service was also impeccable! The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in efficient and quick. They proactively introduced the hotel facilities and breakfast hours, and responded promptly to any needs with a gentle and patient attitude. The online booking process was smooth, and the hotel offered excellent value for money. It's suitable for both business and leisure travel, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommend it to everyone!"
