"Before coming, I was worried the hot spring might just be boiler water, but after a soak, those concerns vanished. It really felt like a genuine hot spring – I left feeling completely refreshed! There are plenty of pools, both indoor and outdoor, so there’s something for everyone. I absolutely have to praise the service! The staff were so warm and cheerful; it was a real pleasure to interact with them. They were efficient and prompt in handling requests, which was incredibly thoughtful. However, I do have a few minor suggestions. When I first checked in, the initial room smelled strongly of smoke and the phone wasn't working. After some coordination, I was able to switch rooms. I hope the hotel can improve its smoke odor removal in rooms, or perhaps clearly designate non-smoking areas to enhance the guest experience. Also, some of the facilities are a bit dated, and the wardrobe height was inconvenient, making it a bit difficult to retrieve clothes. Overall, I still highly recommend this place and hope the hotel can fine-tune these details!"

"The luxury suite we stayed in didn't even have air conditioning. This luxury was incredible. The waiter said that it was very cool here and no air conditioning was needed, but personally I felt that it was very hot in the room and it was really uncomfortable without air conditioning. The room is very large and very new. The faint decoration smell has not dissipated, and the equipment is not particularly complete. For example, there is no shower curtain in the shower, and there is not even a chair on the huge balcony... The room is super empty... The service attitude is very good, breakfast is provided, and there are a lot of naughty kids. It is best to go early, otherwise the rice noodles will be messed up by some naughty kid...
