Hotel Delfino Lugano ★★★

📍 Hotel Delfino Lugano, Via Cassarinetta 6, Lugano

"This hotel is not bad, send a card that can be swiped in the city on the same day, and the traffic is more convenient, there is a bus stop at the door. This city is also good, although it is very close to Italy, but it is still more quiet style of Switzerland. I feel much safer in this city. It is much better than that of Verona. Verona is like a slum. This city is a very serious European city. The hotel room is exactly the same as the promotional photo, and there is no difference. In the room, the door is not particularly soundproof. If someone speaks in the corridor, it will be very clear, but overall it is still relatively quiet, because everyone's voice is not particularly loud."

Hotel&Hostel Montarina ★★

📍 Via Montarina 1, Lugano

"The room was spacious, the surrounding environment was nice, and it was very close to the train station. We checked in at 11:30 pm that night, and the owner was still waiting for us, which was very touching. The only downside was carrying our luggage up the stairs."

Grand Hotel Villa Castagnola ★★★★★
"Felt like a home away from home—if you were the great-grandchild of a wealthy aristocrat who owned a villa in one of the most immaculate places on earth. Grand, yes, but somehow still cozy-feeling. Staff treated us like family, service was above and beyond, location made everything easily accessible, but you won't have to go too far as you'd be content spending day after day lounging by the lake, pool, lawn, or just in the well-appointed rooms."

"Everything is perfect. Dogs are allowed and it has a cloud at night. Unfortunately, a owner left the dog sitting on the restaurant chair. But for that the hotel can nothing!"

"The location of the hotel is very good, with a panoramic view of the beautiful lakes and mountains. It is a good vacation. However, the hotel is on the roadside and there is a little noise from cars passing by at night. It is far from the city center and there are no other options except the hotel restaurant."
