Fengcong Luxury Tent Homestay ★★★★

📍 Jinjifengcong Scenic Area, Luoping

"This hotel is located right in the heart of the Jinjifengcong Scenic Area, surrounded by what Chinese National Geographic voted 'China's Most Beautiful Peak Forests.' It truly lives up to 'seeing flowers while lying down, sitting down, and eating.' We checked in during the peak season for rapeseed blossoms, and the endless golden sea of flowers, set against the karst peaks, was an absolutely breathtaking sight. The staff offer complimentary shuttle service within the scenic area for sightseeing and photos, and they'll even help with your luggage. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the chefs prepare meals right in the open kitchen. There are even staff members who will pick fresh vegetables from the garden for cooking. We went to climb Laojianshan in the mornings and evenings to catch the sunrise and sunset, and at night, we enjoyed the beautifully designed light show from the hotel's terrace."

Mingge Hotel

Mingge Hotel ★★

📍 No.113 Wanda Road, Luoping

"Luoping is very cold. When we went there at the end of February, it was only 3-6 degrees. The house has an electric blanket and the hot water temperature is very stable. The location is also very convenient, only a 20-minute walk from the North Station (there are buses from the North Station to Luositian/Jinjifengcong), and about a 10-minute walk from the city center (Hualian Supermarket). The only thing that needs improvement is that there is no exhaust fan in the toilet. In summary, it is very cost-effective."

Xicheng Hotel ★★★★
"Facilities: I liked the outdoor elevator; it gave me a "sudden leap" feeling, offering a panoramic view of Luoping – quite spectacular. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was excellent; they even provided disposable toilet seat covers and toilet paper on the sink – kudos for the attention to detail. Environment: The hotel is located next to Xiangshijie Forest Park, in a very nice, quiet environment with fresh air and beautiful scenery. Service: The receptionist was exceptionally kind, and all the staff stopped to greet me. The housekeeping staff even helped me press the elevator button. The breakfast selection was quite extensive; I especially liked the sausages, and ate a lot of them this morning."

Huifeng Hotel ★★★★
"The lobby is very grand, and the room is also spacious. My first impression was that it was quite clean, but upon closer inspection, I noticed some dirt on the floor. For example, there was a curly hair on the bed, and more hair, including curly hair, hanging in the shower. The cleaning was definitely not thorough enough. And the carpet!!! That was the biggest flaw!!! The entire carpet was covered in curly hairs – so many and so disgusting!!! If they can't vacuum it meticulously every day, they'd be better off without it, as it just collects dust and hair. Having so much hair on it was really off-putting! It significantly lowered my overall impression."
