"Such a beautiful hotel. Staff are extremely welcoming. Everyone is ready to help. The hotel itself is kept very clean. We definitely had a very comfortable good night's sleep. Breakfast was good. We loved the leisure facilities. The jacuzzi was our favourite, the water temperature wS like having a nice very hot bath! It was amazing. It was the best one I've seen ever. Also it was a very good size.. The swimming pool was far too cold for me to go in. I'm a cancer patient and I can't go in cold water. That was my only negative point.bi would have loved to go for a swim. The steam room and sauna were good. I also noticed there was a good gym but I didn't go there. There was A lovely furnished quiet room with plenty of sofas and coffee tables around to relax or work. Also a computer with Internet and a printer for our use which was really good for working guests. I booked this hotel overnight stay for my mum and myself as a little relaxing getaway and it was perfect. The car parking is not a problem at all. We will definitely be booking this in the future fir jy whole family as we really enjoyed it."

"Came to see family for 1 night and did not want to stay in the travel lodge - found this hotel on our work booking app and looked nice and clean and well Priced. Turned up - only downside is parking is not clear but there is some. Greeted by the owner and she was so helpful and my partners parents wanted a room With 2 singles - sorted. Went the room and what a surprise - modern, clean, functional And looked like one of the boutique hotels you see in London. Breakfast is an extra or make sure you get it included but I like my food and could not eat all of it and all freshly made. When visiting this area again will be staying again. Thank you so much"

"We stayed here as a family of 7 spilt into 2 rooms, for two nights. We were allocated two family rooms directly opposite each other. Both rooms were spotlessly clean, with beds made up on arrival. Couldn't find fault in this hotel at all. Location is great, it's quiet, The beds are comfortable and as I said before the rooms are spotless. All the reception staff are very helpful and accommodating. One thing I would say is though - why on earth does the pub at the other end of the car park, not catch on and start doing breakfasts? It's not a small hotel and they're missing a steady business income there! There is a supermarket directly opposite the hotel or really good cafes in lutterworth for breakfast. Will definitely be using again (we have family in the area), excellent value for money."

"I booked Jasmine house as it was close to the venue for a wedding we were attending and I must say what a gem of a b&b. Monica the hostess was absolutely wonderful; nothing was too much trouble . A very friendly and approachable lady. We stayed for 2 nights and we're lucky enough to get a beautiful room at the rear of the property. Perfect night's sleep and very clean. We had breakfast both mornings at an extra cost but I must say well worth it and very tasty. I would definitely recommend staying at Jasmine house and I would have no hesitation in booking here again. Overall satisfaction was an easy 10/10."
