"The 3 stars is mostly because it was very loud above us. Not sure what the floors are made of but even lightly walking was incredibly noisy. We stopped here as we are passing through to Florida. We are familiar with home2suites and typically really enjoy them. The breakfast was l unfortunately not hot (sausages, egg, etc). Location — the hotel itself is in a safer location but in general I wouldn’t stop here again with kids. There are not many restaurants around that are decent at all. With all that being said - the staff in the lobby were incredibly kind, welcoming and friendly. It was also very clean over all!"

"Brand spanking new hotel that I’m sure will be wonderful once they iron out the kinks, such as AC triggered by motion. Not a smart move for sleeping. Also was pumping in warm air from one of the air vents. The staff was amazing and accommodating and I have only good things to say about them. Again. Hopefully once the links are ironed out this will be a great stay."

"We arrived at the property and went to the front desk, where two female staffers were preoccupied with something on the computer system. Stood in front of them for several minutes finally asked if this was the Hampton Inn, which they said yes, and went right back to their tasks. Finally, we decided to go to the restroom and then return to the desk where we finally were able to check in. No one said hello asked if they could help us. It was as if we were invisible. Never had this experience at any place before."
