"I filed a written complaint with Quality Inn because the receptionist lied that the room was not ready when it actually was. I sat quietly for 2 hours before they let me occupy the room. I finished my stay without further incident. Months later the receptionist called me to tell me not to stay there any more. Trip Advisor readers can tell I tend to write positive reviews whenever I can. However if something happens that others should know about, as in this instance, I will provide that information. Fortunately there are friendly and much better choices in Madison Georgia."

"this place is a dump. don't let the 7.0 on hotels fool you. within 3 hours killed at least 6 roaches. they have a sign that says not refunds after 10 minutes. takes that long for roaches to come out. LOL shower water faucet doesn't work correctly. used band-aid in bathroom floor. obviously not cleaned. room reeked of cleaning solvents. bathroom light fixture came down, luckily wires kept it from dropping on floor. definately not worth the price. just not a clean place."

"The room feels very new, very clean and tidy. There is a large area of ​​green grass and trees outside the window🌲. A family with deer lives here. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery through the glass window. It is a great experience. I will do it again next time. choose!"

"Slept well despite the old musty room and overall dinginess of this old Quality Inn. Pool not open still in June?? Not recommended when there are newer better options so close by to this place. Very outdated. Bathroom exhaust fan not working and stains in tub."

"If you’ve ever wanted to stay in a redone retro roadside motel, this one is excellent. Located about halfway between the interstate and downtown Madison, it’s excellently restored and delivers that classic roadside motel experience. The room is small, just as it was built all those years ago, but has every modern amenity and is so charming. Our king room was quiet, had cool a/c, and was perfect for a one night stay. Well done."

"We were very pleased with our stay here. The room was clean, well lighted and very comfortable. The area is quiet and feels safe. From the outside, I know it doesn’t look like much, but the owner acquired it in a bankruptcy and is redoing all of the rooms. The owner is very kind and accommodating.
