My bad for not getting names but I'd definitely be back because of the restaurant service team. The guy who does gymnastics in the pool my mum is greatful as well(he was off on Monday we couldn't say goodbye. The security guard who received us when we came and most time guarded us when we were at the beach( brilliant young light man). Shaban thank you for the suprise cocktails. Just a little improvement at check in. Give all necessary details especially for first time guests."

"The hotel is fantastic!!! We absolutely loved it! We initially booked for one day, but then decided to extend it for another day. It's best to buy an all-inclusive package, as the hotel is located far from amenities. But if you're traveling with a group or on your honeymoon, this is perfect. The staff is polite and friendly, the food is delicious, the amenities are excellent, and of course, the price is great. The only thing I might not like is the hot water. It's warm, perfect for showering during the day, but cool in the evening."
