The staff was friendly and always helpful despite the huge number of guests (due to the Mannheim Garden Show). Meeting rooms were poorly cooled on the first day. The next day at lunchtime I couldn't pass on my room concerns because there were so many guests because my toilet seat (room 614) was already broken when I checked in and I had to be careful because of the risk of injury.
