"The hotel was better than expected. Check-in was a breeze, and it was very clean – no complaints there. Plenty of parking too. A brand hotel really lives up to its name. The bed was super comfortable and a good size, perfect for a family of three. Overall, I'm really happy with it, especially for the price. Luckily, it wasn't the hottest time of year when we stayed, so the AC being under repair wasn't a big deal."

"Very close to the station and very affordable. There isn’t much provided but also not much needed since this was meant for just to sleep and rests. Downside is that there is no fridge but everything else was great. Staff were friendly and helpful and very professional at problem solving and service recovery when my room wasn’t cleaned once but the staff were very professional and apologetic which diffused the situation quickly and made my stay quite comfortable and pleasant. Definitely would stay again."

"The location right next to the train tracks is both a plus and a downside, as it's very noisy and not exactly a pleasant area. Otherwise, the 21m² studio was very well-equipped with a small but complete kitchen (even a small dishwasher), a bed, a table, and a bathroom. For what it is, the price is quite high, but it was impossible to find this type of accommodation around Heidelberg at that time of year, and what was available was even more expensive. So it perfectly met our needs during the two weeks we desperately needed a place for my university son before he could move into his student apartment. It offered independent check-in and check-out, weekly cleaning service, pay-per-use laundromats in the building, and supermarkets nearby. Recommended for short stays (for the price), especially if you plan to travel by train from Mannheim."
