"It was decent overall. I initially stayed in a room with a great view, and I was happy that there were no strange odors. The bed sheets and duvet seemed to be well-maintained and clean. I had to check out early in the morning, so I asked if they could pack a breakfast box for me, and I appreciated how thoughtfully they prepared it. Some rooms did have a musty smell. Also, this hotel's amenities do not include soap. There's an Amazon Cafe inside the hotel, and Junction 8 shopping mall is right across the street, so it's easy to get anything you might need. The breakfast is good. However, if you add an extra person, it costs 35,000 kyats, which honestly, is a bit pricey for breakfast."

"The service is good. They even pack breakfast to take it with you if you are leaving early morning. You can equest it on the night before your checkout morning. Good food and so many options to choose. For cleanliness, I would say they could put more effort into the cafeteria area at level 5. I killed one small cockroach 🪳 in the bathroom on the day of our arrival. This is nothing serious but I should mention it so that they could take good care of it for next customers who don't like any insects."
