It's on the 2nd floor, via an outside staircase. You can enjoy the garden enclosed by a wicket gate, where you can set up your deckchair or use the garden table. It's a green space that we share with our next-door neighbors.The apartment's assets are its bright south/west exposure and the unobstructed view from the 7 m2 balcony.
