"The hotel staff was very friendly and the pool outside the room was amazing after a long hot day in sorrento. The room were very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. It’s a little far from the town of sorrento but I liked how quiet it was. The pools are only separated by a curtain so at times your neighbors can be too close for comfort but overall everyone was respectful."

"The service in this hotel was so outstanding that it made the whole trip. The rooms are very spacious and they have a cool vibe. The balcony with the pool/jacuzzi (not hot but nice) is such a beautiful place to enjoy down time and a stunning view. The breakfast delivered each morning was good. The wellness center was not as expected. It was only a sauna and a hot tub that was not nearly hot enough. I didn’t use the spa services but my friends had massages that they really enjoyed. The only thing I could point out is that the bathroom design could be better. There needed more hooks for towels in the bathroom and by the pool. They needed more counter space by the sink. There is no privacy for the shower. It is also about 15 minutes to Sorrento Center. While we liked that it was more quiet away from the crowds, we needed to take a taxi to get into the center and they are not cheap. There is an excellent restaurant a block away called Tavernetta Cinquantotto and a nice pizza/pasta place called Tico Tico down the stairs by the water. This gave us some good options to avoid going into the town center. The true superstars were the staff that helped us with taxis, tours, spa appointments, etc. Martina, Luigi, Roberta and Claudia were unbelievably helpful and always took care of every request (via What's App) with friendly and efficient responses. I would love to try some of the sister properties when I go back to Italy because they really set the bar."

"We stayed at Casa Nannina for a week as we had a wedding in Sorrento and wanted to stay away from the hustle of the main centre & also travel around. Casa Nannina was beautiful to stay at, the views were incredible & it was so quiet it made our stay very relaxing. Our room was spotless, with daily cleaning, regular towel changes & all the things you need to make your stay comfortable. (Large bes, Fridge, hair dryer etc). Casa Nannina is about a 15 minute walk to the train station to be able to get into Sorrento or visit surrounding areas. Chris went above and beyond to make our visit as enjoyable as possible. He sent over plenty of info on the local area, places to visit and eat. Offered to book trips for us & I can not thank him & his partner (hotel owner!) enough for getting us to the wedding with the train strike! Our hero!! Locally there are little shops dotted around to get groceries/snacks. There are some lovely smaller restaurants Make sure you visit - Mazz & Panell. It's about 40 minutes from the beach in Meta if you walk but there is a bus option, the staff will show you all the best spots!! Getting from Naples to Meta & Casa Nannina follow their instructions & get the bus!! I can not stress this enough!! Getting back to the airport was so much easier than the train that we used on arrival! If we were to visit Sorrento again we would 100% stay there again."

We provide pick-up service at META station! I only found out about this when I checked in. If I had known, I wouldn't have gone through the trouble of moving my suitcases. The dining is first class, very Italian! The housing facilities are relatively simple. But the above advantages are already very satisfactory."

"THE BEST PLACE I'VE EVER STAYED. I came here on my first solo vacation and had the best experience. First, Meta is so much better than Sorrento, but don't tell anyone, I don't want it to get crowded. The hotel was easy to get to, it had easy access to the beach and restaurants, bus, and train. And then let's talk about the staff. Maria met me when I arrived and took the time to get me settled and oriented to the hotel and the town. She was very communicative throughout my stay, answered questions, and gave me advice on places to eat and activities to try. Because it was not quite the busy season, breakfast was brought to my room every morning by Assunta and she was SO wonderful as well. We had a lot of good chats and I miss her now that I'm home! I felt very safe even as a solo woman. The room was so beautiful. Fresh towels, great breakfast, hot shower, everything you could want! Do not stay here too often because I want to come back and don't want it to be full! It's my favorite hotel in the world."
