"Fantastic hotel but a few errors which were avoidable. We were greeted warmly on our arrival by the fantastic reception staff and that set the standard for our stay. All really professional and attentive. Room was well equipped with picturesque views over to Metsova. They use nespresso capsules in the room and provided extras on request. The food was beautifully prepared with one of the best breakfast options, I have ever experienced. All extras , drinks, mini bar and restaurant, incredibly reasonably priced. The only and big negative was , most of the publicity shows an infinitely pool. Look at small print as we were not allowed to use , even though the temperature was around 30C . In fact we could not even sit outside on the first afternoon, as they were cleaning the pool . We were sent inside , the manager could not be bothered to tell us but sent out a junior member of staff to call us in . It was a hot afternoon 28C.When I spoke to senior member of staff I asked why couldn’t the cleaning of the pool be done early morning or afternoon but didn’t get a proper response. Also be mindful they have a indoor pool which you have to book for a 15 minute slot along with 15 minutes in the jacuzzi. Pretty ridiculous all in all. Nearby Metsova is worth a visit and take in the winery."

"A true getaway. The hotel was the icing on the cake of our trip throughout Greece. Everything here was top-notch – the service, the location, the atmosphere, the cleanliness, and the comfort of the room. The mountain views from the windows are stunning. We loved watching the fire in the fireplace in our room. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. We asked for eggs cooked just the way we like them, and they did it perfectly. The owner and Georgiy's family welcomed us, cared for us, and saw us off like family, yet without being intrusive. We wanted to return to their kind, hospitable family. Their daughter even helped us buy train tickets, which turned out to be a challenge; we couldn't have done it without her. We walked from the hotel, and the car was parked in the indoor parking lot. We wish the hotel prosperity and really want to come back again."

"What a truly amazing experience this was. The property is located on top of a mountain and IN the mountain. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The view was spectacular. The food was delicious, and I really wished we could have taken advantage of their amazing breakfast buffet. Be forewarned that the trip up to the hotel was scary (winding roads around the mountain with drop offs) and knowing that the trip down would be equally as scary, we chose not to eat. If you're not prone to getting carsick - go for it! Lovely lobby with a bar attached and awesome fireplace in the middle plus private areas just outside (glass enclosed). We highly recommend this hotel Also, pay attention when you're shown to your room - it's easy to get lost there. But that should NOT stop you!"

"The hotel is in an amazing location on a small hill. Right in the center where you can walk everywhere (shops, cafes, souvenirs, restaurants etc). Very beautiful on the outside. Great place to sit outside for breakfast. The girl was very kind, smiling, cheerful. Check in very fast. The room we were given was on the 1st floor. Ok the furniture is old but I guess that's its charm. It was very clean, spacious with a large bathroom. Our view was of the garden. For the winter it also had a fireplace which I imagine will be wonderful. The breakfast was good. There are options for everyone. But the coffee is not good at all. Overall our experience was very good."

"Aroma Dryos wins you over immediately - warm, genuinely kind staff, stunning views of the Pindos range, and a breakfast built on local and homemade ingredients (sweet and savoury) that's hard to beat. Rooms are fully equipped with everything you might need. Parking is available on-site, though not guaranteed for every guest, so you might need to look nearby. The air conditioning could also be more efficient. Minor inconveniences aside, we would defo stay again."

"Metsovo is beyond beautiful in summer. Its mainly for skiing in winter but a fantastic place to go hiking or enyoing nature in summer. The Katogi is a wonderful place to stay, huge very clean and nicely decorated rooms, friendly people, nice restaurant and fantastic breakfast. Also its a bit out of the busy touristy city center. They have great wines as well. Whats not to like?"
