"Awful experience Terrible staff Unfriendly , rude, got locked outside of the room twice because their system suspected I hadn’t paid even though I paid in full before checking in on trip.com But they didn’t tell me or notify me They just kept giving me keys that didn’t work so I’d have to come back down again I also got terrible food poisoning from the restaurant downstairs , I couldn’t ask for help because there was no phone in my room . They switched the electricity off so I had no choice but to check out and when I got downstairs and informed them they couldn’t care less. Awful experience"

"A free shuttle bus runs every hour on the hour, and the rooms are clean. There is a Publix supermarket and restaurants right in front. The location is great. I stayed one night out of my 3-day, 2-night trip before the cruise, but I should have stayed two nights. 👍 A travel power strip is essential for Koreans. I didn't have one, so I bought one at Walgreens in front. It was expensive."

"We chose a hotel with a shuttle for one night. Unfortunately, the shuttle doesn't run after 10 PM. But we slept well. The bed was soft and comfortable. The room was clean and carpeted. On the day of checkout, we were given an extra hour for free."
