"Lovely hotel, bright clean spotless bedroom and bathroom.. pristine white fresh bedding, only 1 pillow each, but easily rectified by simply asking for a second. Love the fact, there was a double plug on both sides of the bed, something you don't get in most hotels and definitely not in Premier Inn or Travel Lodge.. and again fantastic there was as standard a fan in the room. The double waterfall shower was very powerful. The amenities tray, was well stocked and proper sized mugs not a cup that holds 2 mouthfuls. I seriously could not fault our stay here, so much so we have booked an extra night. All staff have been friendly and courteous.. Highly recommended 👌"

The Pavilion Guest House ★★★

"We booked to stay here at short Notice when visiting the area for park run purposes. We arrived late and the owner had message with instructions for getting in and out room. We were given room 4 on the 3rd floor. It was clean and a good size. The furnishing were a little outdated and sent me back to my childhood in the 80’s which was comforting. Bed was comfy and we slept well. We returned from parkrun to a hearty cooked breakfast. Check out was 11am but we were not made to feel we were in any rush to leave so a quick shower and a list of lovely places to visit provided by the owner. Would definitely recommend"
