This time, the price was the same, but the room felt like the lowest grade I'd ever experienced. The TV didn't work, and there was no mirror. There was a group of guests, and they were given too much priority, so the regular guests were getting impatient because their dinner wasn't coming. I was one of those guests. The reception staff were polite, which was nice."
