"The location is perfect, right in front of Haranomachi Station. There are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby within a few minutes' walk. The large public bath on the 4th floor is on par with a typical business hotel, but there is an area with lots of manga that is open for free, which looked nice. If there is one drawback, it seems there is only one elevator, and it seems like it can get crowded as it is also used by employees."
