"The room was surprisingly good, big comfortable bed, large clean modern bathroom, huge windows, big TV...plenty of storage space and room to move around...and a couch. Received 2 X free drins on arrival and $10 off dinner with the pub+ app...as well as the Trip.com discount. Dinner was substantive and tasty. I'll be booking NightCap rooms whenever I can from now on. Exceptional Value for money."

"Accomodation was spacious and very clean. The room was incredibly quiet and we had a great night’s sleep. It was also great to stay somewhere that had a spacious bathroom and not an afterthought bathroom. Bonuses for us were having a sofa and a dining suite as well as a microwave. Reception were helpful and friendly . Thank you for a very pleasant and comfortable stay."

"They are untrustworthy and go thru your room when you’re not there. Rude and no trust, rooms were atrocious. Did not feel safe and felt very violated and not right. Not happy, not legal and will never stay there again. Rooms were very out dated."
