"It looked like a wonderful hotel, but the more time you’re there, the more disappointing. The terrace is just impressive with views directly over the Kilimanjaro summit. But the room and the common area lack of lot of maintenance. The shower was sending the water up to the ceiling (explained with no result), the pipe for water in the wc was leaking… At least the mattress was really good. Half of the gym stuff was unusable. The swimming-pool water was far from clear. And the food was very low key. The grilled chicken was close to a joke."

"Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future."

"Shocking experience here. Booked for one night and they had overbooked and did not have a room. Gabriel the owner refused to cancel the non refundable booking. Tried to offer us into a room in a house 4km away which did not even have a sink. What a con man. DO NOT STAY HERE. A thoroughly unpleasant experience. The worst hotel experience I have ever had."

"I couldn't ask for a better hotel. The rooms were very clean and even had mosquito nets. Unused rooms were aired daily. We were able to eat breakfast and dinner on the rooftop, which was delicious. Even when I didn't have any other business, I could relax on the rooftop and enjoy the view of Mount Kilimanjaro. Above all, the staff were incredibly kind. They arranged a cheap bus from the hotel to Dodoma and even provided a pickup service from the bus stop. They also organized a coffee tour for about $35, provided packed lunches and water, and even hiked to the village waterfall, making it a very affordable tour. They were always concerned about us and honestly quoted prices, so it was clear they weren't just after our money. They were always there to help us with anything, like recommendations for good restaurants nearby. If you're ever in Moshi, I highly recommend giving them a try."

"It's always full. The staff are all very kind. The pool is nice and the breakfast is delicious. It's a little far from town and there aren't any shops nearby, but there's food and drinks available at the hotel so it's not a problem. It's a great hotel and I recommend it."

"Overnight in Moshi, the hospitality is the key to success here. A customary a welcome drink and warm smile and it went beyond. When we returned with thick sticky red mud from a trip to the Coffee Farm, which was a cultural event in itself with the Chagga Tribe in the Materuni Village, our shoes were scrubbed and returned. Our group enjoyed relaxing drinks at the bar, sitting by the pool ⁰and all enjoyed a marvelous dinner in the restaurant. All thanks to the K's team... Charles couldn't do enough for us, from shlepping our bags up the stairs, I think boot scrubbing to hosting us at dinner. We tried the traditional Makange tomatoes base sauce with carrot, pepper, and onion both served with the whole Tilapia Fish and chicken and the Ugali a starch made with ground maize. Both were really good. Eric shared stories, helped us pick refreshing local drink specials, and even sang a welcome song Jambo Bwana. The people made this stay exceptional."

"The staff were friendly, there was a pool, and the rooms were cottage-style, which was a nice touch for a resort hotel. The rooms were clean, and the beds had mosquito nets, so mosquito protection was excellent. It was convenient for climbing Mount Kilimanjaro and taking safaris, but it was a bit far from downtown, so we had to use a car."
