"Very happy we stayed here for 2 days and experienced it as very pleasant. Attentive staff and very friendly. Surely recommended. There was also a swimming pool that you can use up to 22 hours. The distance to the old town is also great to do we have asked the reception for a taxi every time and it stood there within 10 minutes. If you are on (door) trip, this is a perfect accommodation in Mostar."

On the flip side, there were issues with the shower: I had hot water just for 3 minutes in the morning, then it became lukewarm. The shower cabin didn't have a door, so taking a shower was not a pleasant experience."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location right by the old bridge. However, there's a shisha lounge next door, and since our room was on the ground floor, we were subjected to strong smells and a lot of noise from guests smoking late into the night. To make matters worse, the bar next door had a live band that was incredibly loud all evening. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to seriously reconsider this place."

"Despite being touted as Mostar's best 5-star hotel, my actual experience was quite underwhelming. It felt more akin to a 3-star-plus hotel. First off, the location isn't ideal; it's quite a distance from the Old Bridge area. Secondly, the in-room amenities were very basic and certainly not up to 5-star standards. For instance, the safe was difficult to operate, there was no conditioner, and no weighing scale. The showerhead was also quite dated. Thirdly, the service was subpar and not particularly warm or welcoming. Breakfast was decent, but the 'orange juice' was clearly diluted, more like flavored water, and certainly not freshly squeezed. All in all, it's acceptable for a one-night stopover, but if you truly want to experience the Old Bridge, a UNESCO World Heritage site, I'd highly recommend staying at any hotel located closer to or within the heritage area itself."

"The room was very nice, very clean and comfortable. The navigation on Amap was wrong. This place is very close to the train station, about five minutes away. There is a sign saying ”happy apartment” at the door. Be sure to look for it, otherwise it will be hard to find. It is on the opposite side of the map."
