"Service: I really have to complain about this. Don't listen to that auntie downstairs. I suggest booking on-site because they're different from others; once you book, it's non-refundable if you don't stay (it says free refunds within a few minutes, no refunds after that, and we only found this out later). The staff initially said it was refundable because of a location issue, but even after we went downstairs, it was still non-refundable. We contacted Ctrip multiple times, and they said the hotel owner told us to contact them. The owner then said the gist was no refund unless we stayed. The person who contacted us downstairs even suggested we eat at their restaurant. Otherwise, it was okay. Especially the front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic. Environment: The 199 package only covers the first floor, which has a lot of mosquitoes. I don't recommend using the 199 booking; the mosquitoes are plentiful and the environment is bad. I also suggest rooms on the 4th or 5th floors with enclosed windows. Rooms without enclosed windows also have a lot of mosquitoes. The 4th and 5th floors are a bit more expensive. I don't recommend the private hot spring rooms; the tub there wasn't clean, with a lot of limescale. Cleanliness: I didn't check the other cleanliness details when I went, but the private hot spring in the room was subpar. It was a bit disappointing. We originally went there for this, but later we didn't want it anymore. Facilities: There's free parking, but you might need to be a little careful because the slope is quite steep. Pay attention to your driving style and turning angles when going up and down the slope to avoid scraping the undercarriage. I scraped mine, and several metal bolts on the undercarriage were scraped off. One of those bolts damaged my oil pan, causing a slight oil leak. I won't comment on the other aspects since I didn't experience them. Please only book if you're sure you'll be staying. If you're unsure, I suggest not booking. No refunds! No refunds! No refunds! "The environment is nice, surrounded by lush bamboo groves and filled with the sounds of insects, creating a natural atmosphere. There's an infinity pool, and boating is convenient. However, the chefs leave after 2 PM?? Usually, hotels like this, located on a mountaintop with nothing around, should at least have food available throughout the day. The hotel didn't even have a small shop. Without a car, buying things is extremely inconvenient; there are no shops nearby. I only bought a few packs of instant noodles at the hotel, and they only had braised beef flavor. The hotel swimsuits are ridiculously expensive; the kind that costs 168 yuan each looks like they cost 20 yuan to make. You should bring your own swimsuit if you want to swim."

"Their house is located halfway up the mountain, very close by bus from the west gate. The bus stop at the entrance requires a short wait, but you can flag it down. Driving is recommended for more freedom. The rooms are very clean, and the owner and grandma's fried rice is especially delicious. We stayed in a room with a super large balcony and a fantastic view, surrounded by lush bamboo. This place is perfect for quiet tea drinking, meditation, and relaxation. If you can endure solitude and want to connect with nature, then this place is truly a great choice."

"My parents came from Mianyang, and I took them to see the famous Shunan Bamboo Sea scenic area in Yibin. I had stayed at Diecui Bieyuan before, when I brought friends from Chongqing, and I was extremely satisfied with my first stay – the experience was excellent in every aspect, and the service was exceptional. This time, I originally wanted to take my family to experience different guesthouses, but after considering various options, I still felt this place was the best, so we stayed here again. "The service was excellent, Check in and check out was smooth and quick. The guy who runs the place went over and beyond. Before we left Chengdu we added the phone number and connected with him on WeChat. He helped check if our train (We bought tickets for Yibin) passed through the nearer train station. He helped to organize a driver for us from Yibin to the hotel. For breakfast the served simple but yummy bamboo noodles. Cleanliness I give them 10/10. The hotel is well maintained, super clean, even under the beds (we moved out 2 beds together). The bed was too comfortable. The pillows were super great. Had a beautiful 2 nights of sleep. The room was spacious. Location is great. A little away from the main area but close enough to walk there. the museum bus station is a few meters away (3 mins walk) and the cable car is 1km away. I suggest walking there, its a beautiful walk surrounded b bamboo. The guy who runs the place helped us to map the route to the places we wanted to see. I would stay here again."

"A very cost-effective hotel. The parent-child room has a 1.8-meter-sized bed and a 1.5-meter-sized bed. There is also a small tent. The children like it so much that they sleep with adults at home. They stayed here for two days by themselves. Sleeping in a small tent. All three meals can be taken care of at the hotel. The Quan Bamboo Banquet is delicious, the price is similar to other places, and the boss is very enthusiastic. The space at the entrance is relatively large and parking is available. Opposite is the Yingfeng Bay Scenic Area, with relatively complete facilities nearby. It is very close to the Huaxi Thirteenth Bridge and the Cute Pet Paradise, within walking distance. There is a non-powered children's play facility outside the Cute Pet Paradise, including swings, slides and sand pools, which is very suitable for walking children. The area around the hotel is also suitable for stargazing at night. There are charging piles on the roadside a few hundred meters away from the hotel, making tram charging convenient."

There's underfloor heating, so it's not cold in winter. The bedding is very comfortable, and the nights are very quiet – crucial for anyone with sleep problems! The hotel also has a restaurant where, in addition to breakfast, you can still enjoy delicious hot pot and Sichuan cuisine. Having stayed at many family-friendly hotels, this is arguably the best I've ever stayed at!
