Cleanliness: I didn't check the other cleanliness details when I went, but the private hot spring in the room was subpar. It was a bit disappointing. We originally went there for this, but later we didn't want it anymore. Facilities: There's free parking, but you might need to be a little careful because the slope is quite steep. Pay attention to your driving style and turning angles when going up and down the slope to avoid scraping the undercarriage. I scraped mine, and several metal bolts on the undercarriage were scraped off. One of those bolts damaged my oil pan, causing a slight oil leak.
