The experience of staying in is very good: the whole room is wet after the bath. "The service and environment are good, and the staff are polite and thoughtful. The room facilities are a bit aging and not very good. The room arranged this time will leak cold water in the shower. The design of the room hot spring pool is not scientific, and there is no step or small stool to enter the pool. The outdoor hot spring pool was also a bit late. At 9:30, many pools were empty, and there were a few at the door with water."

"這次入住體驗真的特別滿意，必須好好誇一下這家酒店。剛到門口，前台工作人員態度特別熱情，辦理入住手續速度很快，全程耐心解答問題，還貼心告知了電梯、餐廳以及周邊出行的路線，服務特別周到。進到房間第一眼感覺就很好，整體乾淨整潔，沒有一點異味，床鋪整理得整整齊齊，床單被罩都是全新更換的，躺上去柔軟舒服。衞生間打掃得一絲不苟，洗漱用品配備齊全，熱水出水特別順暢，水壓穩定。房間採光和隔音效果都很棒，窗外視野開闊，關上窗户之後幾乎聽不到走廊和外面街道的噪音，晚上睡得格外安穩。房間裏面設施都很齊全，空調製冷制熱效果很好，電視網絡流暢，WiFi網速很快，辦公刷視頻都完全不卡頓。保潔阿姨也特別有禮貌，每次碰到都會主動問好，打掃房間細緻到位，補充飲用水、紙巾都很及時。如果選擇了早餐更是驚喜，菜品種類豐富，葷素搭配合理，中式西式都有，食材新鮮，味道可口。酒店的位置也很佔優勢，出行打車、逛街吃飯都特別方便，地理位置絕佳。整體不管是硬件設施，還是員工的服務素養，都遠超我的預期。性價比非常高，住着安心又舒心。之後再來這邊出差或者遊玩，一定會優先選擇這家，也真心推薦給其他出行的朋友。"
