"This was my first time visiting Xuan'en, and I stayed at the Ya Yue Hotel. From the moment I entered the lobby, the receptionist greeted us warmly. They asked if we wanted to see our booked room, and then showed it to me. Since I had booked a comfortable twin room, I went to the lobby on the first floor to ask if we could upgrade to a smart room. The receptionist said it was free, which sounded great!
