"I had bookmarked this hotel before, and when my friends and their families decided to visit Yibin for the May Day holiday, I didn't hesitate to book it. However, the May Day prices were quite high, basically more than double, with a twin room costing over 800 a night. **Ambiance:** The ambiance was my top priority. It's located within the Bamboo Culture Park, surrounded by greenery, very quiet and perfect for a vacation. The hotel has a pool, restaurant, and mahjong/chess rooms, all quite good. **Facilities:** The facilities are actually pretty good, but I have to complain about the air conditioning not working. We brought our child, and it was sweltering, so we could only use a fan. The breakfast was decent; not a huge variety, but the noodle bar was excellent – every type of noodle I tried was delicious. **First-day mini-bar:** We didn't receive one. Oh, and since we were staying with a child, I had pre-booked a crib. However, each time I called, the front desk gave me different information. Thankfully, they did provide one in the end. Also, its location isn't the most convenient. To find good food, we had to take a taxi for about 20 minutes round trip to the old district. We spent over 200 on taxis these past two days (we had two cars due to the number of people). Despite these points, I would still choose this hotel next time I visit, haha."

"If you're coming to Yibin, you absolutely cannot miss the Ruijing Boutique Hotel! I found a gorgeous hotel with river views and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Yibin soon. The hotel's decor is absolutely stunning, exuding luxury and sophistication! The interior design is incredibly photogenic; you can capture beautiful shots without even leaving the hotel, making it 100% Instagrammable! Plus, it has full smart voice control, so you can just call out to 'Xiao Du' for anything you need – it's incredibly convenient. The room also features a large bathtub, and they thoughtfully provide disposable bath liners. After a long day of sightseeing, a relaxing bath is just what you need to unwind. The hotel's location is also excellent, right near Hejiangmen."

"My partner and I have stayed in this hotel before in February. Came back again just to enjoy this hotel again. Again, this hotel did not disappoint at all, cleanliness was still excellent, service was very good and convenient especially being able to communicate with the front desk using WeChat. They even gave us an upgrade of our room. The staff was extremely friendly and always greeted us when they saw us. The cleaning staff were professional also (they even tucked our soft toys into bed haha). The gym is also very well equipped and well maintained considering it is a hotel gym. They even have trainers at the gym, and they have PT classes at the gym too but of course you have to pay for it. But the gym staff are all very friendly and accommodating. I think this hotel would definitely be our first choice in Yibin always. This hotel is a great reflection of the people of Yibin, warm, welcoming and very loving. Highly recommended! "The environment is nice, surrounded by lush bamboo groves and filled with the sounds of insects, creating a natural atmosphere. There's an infinity pool, and boating is convenient. However, the chefs leave after 2 PM?? Usually, hotels like this, located on a mountaintop with nothing around, should at least have food available throughout the day. The hotel didn't even have a small shop. Without a car, buying things is extremely inconvenient; there are no shops nearby. I only bought a few packs of instant noodles at the hotel, and they only had braised beef flavor. The hotel swimsuits are ridiculously expensive; the kind that costs 168 yuan each looks like they cost 20 yuan to make. You should bring your own swimsuit if you want to swim."

The first time I came to Yibin to play, I stayed at this hotel very well, the front desk service was warm and thoughtful, the check-in was fast, the rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom amenities were complete, the surrounding travel was very convenient, the nearest to Cuiping Mountain, the price is very high, next time I travel to this hotel!"

"The hotel's amenities are indeed quite good. The mattress, for instance, was just the right balance of soft and firm. Even the toothbrushes were noticeably better quality than those at the HUAZHU Meilun hotel I stayed at later. The only major downside was the strong, unpleasant smell from the recent renovation. If you have a sensitive nose, you can faintly smell it in the lobby, but it's much stronger in the rooms due to poor ventilation. I had booked for two nights but ended up checking out after one and canceling the second. The odd-numbered rooms face outwards, while the even-numbered ones face the old town. So, I'm not sure what the 'scenic view' rooms are actually supposed to overlook, just a bunch of random buildings? For breakfast, the bread, cakes, and steamed dishes were mostly pre-packaged. The only popular spot was the noodle station, but there was only one chef who couldn't keep up. One of the slippers was even dirty. I also forgot a pair of thermal pants when checking out, and no one from the hotel has called about it yet. Since I've already left Yibin, I'll just let it go."

"The hotel is new and stylish, with great amenities and clean rooms. Emily, Kim, and Lily from the staff kindly upgraded us for free to a twin room with a partial river view, and the night view was lovely. While you can't see the Hejiangmen from the room, you can spot the 'Yibin' landmark building. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of choices. The Yibin noodles, in particular, tasted even better than those we had at a popular internet-famous shop the day before. On the Lantern Festival, they even offered small glutinous rice balls. Breakfast is served on the 20th floor, and I imagine the view would be stunning if it weren't for the low visibility due to the rain. The gym on the 20th floor is fantastic, with large windows offering a great view – perfect for a run or some Pilates. The hotel's location is convenient. Although it's not in the commercial district and you generally need to take a taxi, all destinations are just a short ride away."

The hotel is located on the 24-28 floor of the building. It shares the elevator with the entire building. The elevator environment is really very general. There are many hotels and other businesses in the building, which is more messy. The type and quality of breakfast are good, that is, the reception capacity is a bit not very good during the Qingming holiday. During the peak period, you have to wait for the location to sit, but the feeling of the whole Yibin is similar in the past few days. There are too many tourists and the reception capacity is limited. It is hard to take a taxi."

Even more heartbreaking, when the duty manager, Ning Ju, and the political commissar, Cui Yan, heard I was feeling unwell, they didn't hesitate and accompanied me to the hospital in the ambulance. Honestly, I'd raised several minor issues with your hotel before, and I was a little nervous, but this time, their genuine response instantly dispelled my concerns. During the two-plus hours I spent in the hospital, their care was truly more genuine than that of family members. Ningli stayed by my side the entire time, helping me explain my condition to the doctor. She even asked about my medications and allergies, fearing I'd missed anything. Cuiyan ran up and down the stairs to pay bills and pick up medications. My bag and ID were neatly tidied, and I felt completely at ease. They even noticed my phone was low, and when I woke up to see it charging, it warmed my heart. They specifically left a message: ”Don't turn off your phone when you're out alone.” Even more thoughtful, they took the initiative to contact my family on their own phones, explaining the situation and telling them not to worry, saying they were with me and could contact me anytime. Just imagine how reassuring that was! It wasn't until after 2 a.m. when the doctor said I was fine that they felt comfortable sending me back to the hotel. At another hotel, they'd probably just call an ambulance. Who would be so attentive and stay with me the entire time? The next day, the hotel room was already stocked with warm water and summer-heat remedies. Lemon and Smoke even came over to tell me to get some rest. I used to think hotel service was just so-so, but this time, I truly felt the warmth of home. From a few complaints before to now, I've completely put my heart into this place. This hotel has truly made me understand: a good hotel is not just a cold place to stay, but a haven that can provide comfort in times of hardship. With such a team of staff who treat guests like family, this hotel has become synonymous with peace of mind. On future business trips, this will be my unwavering choice, knowing that even if I run into trouble, I'll have these reliable people by my side to protect me!"
