"My family and I stayed overnight with breakfast included. We had to extend our stay at short notice, so we looked into the Grand Mercure, which we were interested in, and found that only Japanese-style rooms were available. Our room was a ”traditional” style. (We actually wanted an animal-themed room for kids, but since it was summer vacation, it was fully booked when we looked a while ago.) The newly renovated area was very clean and impressive. There was a pool, outdoor play equipment, and an indoor playground, so we could play there before going to our room, so we arrived early and had plenty of fun. (The pool shower and changing rooms were very small and a bit old-fashioned, which was a shame.) We also used the lounge both in the evening and at night, and my daughter loved it. The bath had a lovely atmosphere, and the relaxing space after the bath, as well as the vinegar drink and amazake (sweet rice drink) were delicious. The breakfast buffet the next morning is reserved at check-in, so it's best to book early to choose the time. (One-hour limit.) The restaurant on the 13th floor has a great view, so the views were spectacular. Most of the guests were families with young children (elementary school age and younger), and there were plenty of kid's chairs and beds available. Reservations are required, so while the tables were full, it wasn't too crowded and we had trouble getting food. (We made our reservation at 9:00 AM.) The menu was satisfying for both adults and children. There are plenty of hotels available, so I recommend arriving with plenty of time to check in. It's located right next to Rindoko Family Farm, so it's also recommended for those staying there."

"The facilities and hospitality of the hotel mentioned above are close to full marks. On the other hand, unfortunately the cleaning of the hot spring bath is not so good, and there is nothing that can be done about the quality of the hot spring water. And the quality of the dinner. The number of dishes is more than enough, but I would like them to take the taste more seriously. I would like food that tastes good, not just the price."

"The location was great and the building seemed old, but the interior was new and beautiful! There were many kinds of welcome drinks and charms, and I was happy to have a nice atmosphere! The meal was also called half buffet, and the main fish and meat dishes were warm to the plate and very delicious! The bath is never large, but the hot water and the scenery were wonderful and very satisfied! However, it was a pity that the towel before use had long hair entangled. .. Other than that, it was great!! Thank you very much!!"

AAnonymous UserI stayed with my parents and children. It may be a new hotel seven years after the hotel was built, but the lobby, rooms, baths and restaurants were well cleaned and beautiful. Amenity was also substantial, and cleansing, face wash, face lotion and face milk bottles were also in the room. It was comfortable to use with DHC hotel amenities. There were plenty of drinks, green tea, roasted tea, tea, apple tea, coffee, and the fashionable Delongi electric kettle was good. Both dinner and breakfast had Japanese food, but it was very delicious and the restaurant staff were very friendly and satisfied. For dinner, there are a small amount of dishes for 1 1, but there are many kinds, so women will be full by the time dessert comes. It may be a little short for men who eat a lot, so I think it's a good idea to eat cooked rice that can be refilled or eat noodles at the night restaurant. There are vegetables and fish, and it seems to be good for the body, but I think that there is a good part of the hotel with the Viking for children who like and dislike a lot. The souvenirs at the shop include Nasu sweets, fruit park forest-style jam, sake, key chains, and children's toys, but it feels like a minimum assortment. I was a little unsatisfactory for me who likes to see souvenirs, but there is a color 々 shop during sightseeing, so the hotel has the intention of spending a relaxing time in hot springs and rooms. I think there is . The hot spring was convenient because the room had bath towels and face towels brought from the room, plastic bags and socks that could be put in wet towels, and a basket that was okay even if it was wet. It was pleasant and fun to be able to soak in the inner bath, the open-air bath, and the hot springs of 々. It was a pity that the weather was bad and I couldn't see the starry sky at night, but it depends on luck. Free ice candy and fruit vinegar drinks were provided after the bath. If I went well, I had a disappointing experience, not as much as I expected, but this hotel was a calm atmosphere hotel and it was really the best hotel for adults. I would like to go again.

KKeikochanI was told that they were no longer serving meals, so I bought some bento boxes and rice balls, but the view of the open-air bath and the hot springs was really nice♪ The open-air bath is only available once per night, but on the first day it was very windy so I couldn't go in at all, so I was happy that they gave it to me the next day for free✨ The wind was strong and the stars were beautiful so I wanted to go in on the first day, but the view the next day was also pretty beautiful✨ You should definitely go✨

GGuest UserEven if the ingredients are used up due to the buffet, they will not be refilled, and unless you tell them, they will not be added. By the way, it's not the content of the buffet that makes me want to eat more. The correspondence relationship at the front desk is good, but the correspondence relationship between the people at the dining place is not good. The swimming pool is crowded, but it feels good. There is also a dinosaur monument, so I think children can enjoy it. By the way, it is free for children under 12 to sleep together, but there is usually an extra charge.
