"It was pretty good; I booked it for a friend who was traveling with me. Surprisingly, when checking in via the self-service machine, they got a room on the 21st floor with a view! You could see the 'Big Ball' (Sphere?), the Ferris wheel, and the flamingo park, though it wasn't directly facing them. Honestly, I think the slightly off-center view was actually better. The line at the front desk was incredibly long during check-in, so the self-service machine was definitely a lifesaver. The parking garage entrance is pretty easy to miss – we actually circled around once. Also, you can only use valet parking right at the hotel entrance; they absolutely won't let you stop for self-parking, not even for a quick drop-off or to grab luggage. I guess it's all about business, which I understand."

"To everyone booking through Trip.com, when you arrive at the hotel, don't use the self-service check-in kiosks. It's a waste of time because you'll still have to pay the remaining balance. It's quicker to just queue up at the front desk for check-in. The guy who checked us in at the front desk had really cool braids, and he was super nice! His voice was surprisingly gentle, a stark contrast to his appearance – I could barely hear him, haha. He was very soft-spoken. The hotel's location is fantastic! It's right next to the Flamingo Hotel (the side entrance near the Linq leads directly to a zoo with real flamingos). Between the Linq and Flamingo hotels, there's a pedestrian street with tons of food options, including sushi and In-N-Out Burger, plus a Ferris wheel. Across the street from the hotel is Caesar's Palace, and I think their shopping area is the most beautiful in Vegas. A less than ten-minute walk further gets you to the Bellagio and Paris Las Vegas. If you walk ten minutes to the right of the hotel, you'll reach The Venetian and a decent-sized supermarket. It truly feels like a prime location on the Strip, surrounded by food, drinks, and entertainment everywhere you look. The hotel has a casino, dining options, and a supermarket inside, and the rooms are clean and spacious."

"Harrahs Las Vegas – Decent Location, Mixed Experience
The room itself was acceptable – not exceptional, but functional. Housekeeping did a solid job on the floors and bathroom, though some less-trafficked areas showed dust. The room felt a bit dated, and the closet placement inside the bathroom was an unusual design choice. We stayed on the 50th floor of the Mountain Tower, which sounds great in theory, but the street-level music from the Strip can boom all the way up and make falling asleep a challenge. One night there was an unidentified scraping/mechanical noise that persisted through the night and really disrupted our sleep. The beds were comfortable enough, and I particularly liked the pillows.
The standout feature is genuinely the location – centrally positioned on the Strip with easy walking access to the Venetian and other nearby properties. If you're using Harrah's primarily as a base for exploring the Strip, it serves that purpose well.
The casino itself is a different story. Low ceilings and what felt like poor ventilation make the smoke situation noticeably worse than other Strip casinos – non-smokers should be aware. Check-in had a fairly long wait; the self-service kiosks weren't functioning, so everyone was funneled to the desk. That said, the front desk agent who helped us was friendly and efficient.
Bottom line: Solid Strip location at a reasonable price point, but go in with modest expectations on the room quality and casino atmosphere."

"Stayed at the Mara Tower and the room was decent as it had been newly renovated. However, there were several lapses during our stay. As shown in the photos, the fire sprinkler was heavily rusty, which was quite concerning. We also found a random dusty jewellery box in the room. We left a note on the second day asking housekeeping to clean it, but it was ignored. Only after leaving another note on the third day was it finally cleaned. On the positive side, parking was free. Overall, don’t expect too much. There’s definitely better stay in Vegas."

"The location is superb. Those places to see are all walking distances and a lot of convenient stores. Only downside was they didnt provide free water bottled , tea or even kettle to boil water.
Being a resort they also didnt provide bathrobe abd sleepers as well. Anyway I had the room with the nice view of the strip. Overall my stay in this hotel was not bad."

GGuest UserThe hotel is perfectly located on the strip. The two hotels Wynn and Encore are interconnected. We had initially booked the two queens at Wynn but got upgraded to Two queens at Encore tower suites on floor 50.
The rooms are extremely clean, the service is amazing with great attention to detail. The booking doesn’t have breakfast but 50 USD of credit everyday upto 300 usd in total is good for breakfast at many of the places available. Casa Playa and Terrance pointe cafe are great for breakfast.
The views from the room and service were perfect. This is the best hotel stay I’ve ever had

GGuest UserThe hotel is old, and the room was missing essential toiletries. There was no complimentary water provided, although curiously, a water bottle appeared in our room the next day. The bathtub had a lot of black residue when filled, making us afraid to use it. The worst part was finding glass shards on the carpet. On the plus side, the room was relatively spacious, and we had a view of the Sphere, which was convenient to get to – that's why we booked here.

BBiqibaohuangxieajinI recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic overall experience, so I just had to share it.
Upon entering the room, the first thing I noticed was how spacious it was. The layout is well-designed, preventing any cramped feeling and making you feel right at home. There's plenty of room to move around and store luggage without it feeling crowded.
The hotel features an apartment-style design, which makes guests feel like they have a temporary home. The room is fully equipped with everything you need for daily living. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, and tableware, which is incredibly convenient for guests who want to cook their own meals. The bathroom facilities are also complete, clean, and hygienic, and the quality of the toiletries is excellent. The bedding in the bedroom is soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
What's more, the hotel's common areas are also clean and tidy. The lounge area is cozy and inviting, a perfect spot to relax with a book or a cup of tea. The surrounding environment is also relatively quiet, so you won't be disturbed by external noise.
In conclusion, if you're looking for a spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped hotel, this one is definitely worth a try. I believe you'll have as pleasant a stay as I did.

GGuest UserOne of the better MGM resort on the strip. Location is excellent, right in the middle of strip. Free MGM tram to near by properties. Front desk was friendly and helpful. We booked King room, but only double queen was available when checking in, they did offer food/beverage credit to compensate, but due to computer issue, checking took longer than usual and food credit did not go through. Worked with front desk to resolved the issue after checking out and got a few extra credit.

The room is very spacious and quiet with a pantry. Utensils need to be requested for usage. Bottles of water could be collected from the reception.
A free tram runs from Vdara/Cosmopolitan to Park MGM.
With the absence of in-house casino, the hotel is chaos- free and peaceful though casinos can easily be accessed through the connected walk ways/tunnels to nearby hotels.

The only downsides were that one of the beds had chewing gum stuck to the sheets, and there's absolutely no complimentary water provided – you have to buy all your bottled water.

TTriciaMy husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!

EExpatStayed an extra night for a second reservation. It was convenient to be down there and decided to stay longer because of the annual all summer pub crawl of Santa’s. This was the first meeting spot for the evening. It’s an easy walk back down Fremont because you can see the plaza the entire way. Things to improve on are simply the amount of days in the room and the cleanliness of the A/C-Windows.

One of the highlights of our stay was the pet-friendly policy, which allowed us to bring our furry friend along. The staff went out of their way to make sure our pet was comfortable, and there were plenty of trails nearby for scenic walks.
