Updated and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, new cabinets and stainless appliances. Real wood burning fireplace! Entrance to condo is into an outside covered stairwell so no shared inside hallways or elevator. Easy access from surface parking lot right out front but yes there are two flights of stairs:) King bed in the downstairs bedroom; Queen futon and Full/Twin bunk bed upstairs. Upstairs is completely private, not a loft and has it's own full bath and tons of space. Large closets in both bedrooms and entrance hallway. Private balcony off of the main floor with a bistro set to enjoy the view. Wifi and new Samsung smart TV's in living room and both bedrooms. Side by side washer dryer on the main floor with separate laundry room. The Pines is centrally located between the resort and downtown Steamboat, walking to grocery stores, liquor stores and several restaurants.
