It is a 14-minute drive from the Menghualu tourist attraction, a 12-minute drive from Jianzhan Street Commercial Centre, and a 3-5-minute drive from the expressway intersection. The hotel is a 30-minute drive from the Wuyi Mountain scenic spot. "Returning to Zhejiang from Fujian, I chose to rest here for a while, but I didn't expect a surprise. The hotel is on the edge of the city, very quiet and has a good environment. Although it is small but exquisite, the facilities are quite new, and it can indeed be called a boutique hotel. The parent-child room is large and has a balcony, which is relatively breathable. Milk and bread were also delivered in the evening. Parking is convenient, there is an underground garage, and the signs are very clear, so it is not difficult to find at all. It's very close to Wanda and convenient for eating. The bedding is also soft and comfortable. The bathroom shower is huge. All in all, very satisfied and recommended."

"I saw there were two room types: city view room and mountain view room. As I sleep lightly, I naturally thought that mountain view rooms would be quieter near the mountain. I specifically explained my intention when I checked in. A guy at the front desk said that mountain view and city view rooms mean the same thing, both near the road, just with different names. I said that was very misleading, why call it mountain view? He said that there was not much traffic in the area and it was very quiet. As a result, I was woken up at 3 a.m. by the sanitation trucks that started working, coming and going, which was unbearable! !"

The front desk service attitude is not good, and it should not be called.

SSharonWe were delighted to have found and stayed at this property. Minzhushanfang is a very new bed-and-breakfast accommodation with a minimalist, calming, zen-style architecture befitting of the Wuyishan area. The rooms are similarly designed along the same minimalist, zen concept and are true to the property photos published on the booking platform. We deliberately chose an accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of town and so, found the location of Mingzhushanfang excellent. Located directly across from the entrance of the Wuyishan scenic area, it was very convenient accessing the park while being peaceful and tranquil. Do note that with its location being away from town centre, dining options at or near the property aren't many, so having dinner near town, prior to heading back to the hotel at night is strongly recommended.
The room we booked has a peaceful stream view, and looks remotely across towards the Dawangfeng peak. Room and facilities are very clean. While it seems smoking is not prohibited in the rooms, we were very thankful we had no issues whatsoever with residual smoke odour.
The owners of this property, who are also tea growers and manufacturers, were extremely hospitable. We were always welcomed for candid tea tastings and conversation at the lobby area, They even went out of their way to help us when we got abit lost in town! Their breakfast made by their Ah Yi is wholesome and amazing - with a lot of farm-to-table ingredients freshly harvested from their own vegetable patch. I would love to go back to visit Wuyishan again and will not hestiate to stay at Minzhushanfang again.

The owner is incredibly warm and provides excellent service. They even upgraded our room for free, offered complimentary fruit, tea eggs, and health-boosting tea, and the breakfast spread was generous. Their tea factory produces delicious tea, and they even gifted us some when we left. This B&B offers great value for money, especially for someone as particular about cleanliness as I am – I couldn't find a single flaw, even in the nooks and crannies. Highly recommended!

Service was inconsistent; a few staff members were nice, but the short-haired staff member was rude, rushing to leave and trying to impose rules on people. Staying in a guesthouse isn't about being told what to do; they had absolutely no service awareness. They urged me to check out at 11 PM, something I've never encountered in all my hotel stays. Soundproofing was poor; there was construction noise nearby early in the morning and during the day, and the neighbors next door would jump rope in their building until 10 PM. Of all the guesthouses I stayed at in Wuyishan, I gave 5 stars except for this one—it ruined my experience.

They greeted us as soon as we entered, making it feel like home, and we enjoyed tea and chatted whenever we had time.
The location is also convenient, with easy transportation, making it hassle-free. You can take bus No. 9 directly from Wuyishan North Station, and the bus is free, which is a real relief!
There's also a restaurant where you can order dishes, with clearly marked prices. The dishes are delicious, and the portions are generous, making for a satisfying meal.

This is an older, well-established state guesthouse, offering not only beautiful surroundings but also outstanding service. From the moment we checked in, the staff welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and introduced the hotel facilities. Later, while exploring the hotel's wooded areas, a staff member proactively offered to tell us more about the area. We felt genuinely touched and welcomed. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel is just a stone's throw from the Wuyi Palace transfer point. The breakfast was also excellent and varied. Next time I visit Wuyi Mountain, I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

Some suggestions: First, after booking a room, you have to go to the door by yourself, unlike other B&B owners who will contact you +V to remind you of things to pay attention to. Second, the house is not far from the north and south entrances of Wuyi Mountain, and is only across a bridge from the dining area, but you need to explore there by yourself. Third, when I was staying upstairs at night, I met two people chatting and walking around. The room was not soundproofed and the noise was very loud. I was woken up at around two o'clock in the middle of the night. I went out to look for the service staff, but no one was on duty. I could only stand in the yard and shout. Later, I ran upstairs and knocked on the door to remind them before they went to sleep quietly.
