"I stayed in the budget room because the price was very affordable, but unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The soundproofing was extremely poor. It felt like the room had been partitioned off from a larger space. I could clearly hear the guests next door using the toilet, showering, and even turning on the water. The noise was loud and disturbing throughout the day and night. On top of that, footsteps and conversations from people walking past the room were easily audible. The room itself was also very small and cramped, making it difficult to relax. As a result, I barely got any proper sleep during my stay. I would strongly recommend choosing a different room type if you plan to stay here. The low price of the budget room does not make up for the lack of comfort and privacy."

We informed the receptionist and were told that maintenance would be arranged soon, but no one has come to fix the issue and it still remains unresolved. In addition, there is a strong damp and unpleasant smell on the fourth floor, which is quite uncomfortable and raises concerns about hygiene. We hope the hotel can resolve the water issue as soon as possible and improve the environment. Thank you."
