"The room type was different from the one I booked on Ctrip. The hotel reception said it was under renovation but upgraded us anyway. To be honest, I'm not sure if that's true or not. It seemed like because there weren't many guests, they just arranged for everyone to stay in the same building for easier service… However, the hotel service was still very good, and the banquet meal with two meals included in the one-night stay was very plentiful and delicious! The hotel is right next to the entrance of the waterfall scenic area, only a few minutes' walk away, which is very convenient!"

The rooms, atmosphere, value for money, service, and cleanliness are all one of a kind. The food and rooms in particular are impeccable. I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer. And the smiling service of the staff makes the start of each day a bright one. I've been traveling for over 30 years, and I've learned that this is true "omotenashi" (hospitality). "Beautiful place, easy access with 10 minures bus from the train station. Amazing meals and breathtaking views. Onsen is wonderful too, there were not crowded, so my friend with tattoes was able to go as well. Friendly place, would recommend to stay here to relax. The time here is going much slower than in the city. Also check the akame 48 waterfall trail. Thats definitely a must-see experience"
