"This was our 3rd stay here since the pandemic and it remains the one and only Best Western we ever visit. The hotel consistently offers fantastic value for money, spacious and clean rooms, and an incredible beach view. What really made this trip stand out, though, was the exceptional service from front desk staff Yuki. When we ran into an issue right after check-in, he resolved it instantly. Later on, we encountered a stressful situation locally, Yuki really stepped up to help us handle it. He went completely above and beyond his duties to ensure our holiday wasn’t ruined. It is staff members like Yuki who keep us returning every year. Highly recommended!"

"I really like the local breakfast that was provided - healthy, wholesome with quite a good variety. Really enjoyed it. Also liked that they provide free coffee during the day. The rooms are a bit small (even for two persons) but still have the necessary amenities (hair dryer, wardrobe, etc.). The location is not bad, it's near a Lawson's, a Family Mart, a 7-11, and an A&W."

"I was trying to book a place to stay to visit Jungleia and Churaumi, but I had limited options, so I chose this place. First off, it's a really small place right next to a cafe. The room, whether it's a partition or a container, was in poor condition. It's a humid neighborhood, and the humidity inside was so high it was uncomfortable. The bathroom was the same temperature as the outside, and it wasn't very clean. I visited this place because there weren't many options at this price, but I really don't want to go back, even for a short time. ㅜㅜ"
