"The retro style, taste and details are all online. Even the tea sets and paper towels are high-end brands. The sea is just across the street. I originally planned to stay for only one night, but because I liked it so much, I stayed for another night👍～～In addition, parking on weekdays is NZD20/day. The parking lot is in front of a nearby art center. If you leave early and come back late, it is more cost-effective to pay by the hour. However, parking is free on weekends."

"Very clean and quiet. WiFi, while free would not allow streaming, and access to some other general sites such as NZ Parliament. So used mobile data. Some utensils and cockery need updating and replacing e g. chipped cockery and missing spoons. No Sky Movie channels and one documentary channel - but plenty of sports channels. Only the plus side friendly greeting from reception and good value for money deal. Bed was comfortable, and not much noise from road. The small courtyard out the back was nice to sit in."
