"The decoration of this hotel is very colorful. To be honest, it feels a bit like a motel. But the room is average and the accommodation feels pretty good. But the bad experience was that when we opened the door to the room we were given, there was someone inside! When I went back to the counter to tell her, I didn't even say sorry. I told her that I had ordered it two months ago, and she replied that many people had already ordered it! Very dumbfounded! Fortunately, the solution was quite positive. They helped us change to an executive suite and added an extra bed in the living room."

"酒店馬路對面就是大型商店，購物方便！房間很棒！訂房出點問題，4樓先住一晚，然後調房5樓住了6個晚上，有東西落在第一晚的房間，客房經理（華人）非常認真的幫忙尋找處理。客房服務值得信賴！衞生條件非常好，幾次都遇上經理親自查房檢查衞生，一絲不苟！ 但是前台（***）服務非常不友善，打電話預訂的時候説可以讓我們從第一晚就一間房間住7天，抵達前台又説不可以，電吹風出故障，去找前台，前台説話很沖，態度不好！*******"

"The hotel was solid. No amenties except for workout room. Although centrally located, it’s located on a one way street which made it very difficult to drive to and from any specific area. However, would DEFINITELY recommend staying here. Safe, clean lovely staff."
