The room has a view of the sea. The service is very thoughtful and enthusiastic. The location is excellent. It is convenient to take a taxi. It is very convenient to eat and shop. The interior of the hotel is very unique. It would be better if the breakfast was more abundant.

Fantastic 4 nights stay at this perfect hotel for a vacation in Nice and the surrounding locations at the French riviera. Easy access to the airport 20 min with bus or tram, 4 min walk to the beach, 15 min walk to city center. Hotel service was excellent! The reception staff was really helpful and service minded. We stayed with breakfast included. I can really recommend the breakfastbuffet - value for money and tasty. Our room was cosy with a small balcony on the 5th floor. The bed was excellent. We could not have had a better Hotel in Nice. 🤩

The location is very good in a very central area, the rooms are small but the facilities are well equipped to cook for yourself, and there is an internet celebrity food street nearby. Disadvantages: 1. It’s very tired to go upstairs with luggage. 2. There is no bottled water provided. You need to go out and buy it yourself. If you don’t mind drinking tap water, please ignore. 3. Order to pay at the store. When you check out, you swipe your credit card and then Ctrip said that my no show had deducted my security deposit, and it was wrong to ask Ctrip to verify it before returning it to me. There is a bnb recommended by lp on the first floor of the same address. The facade looks better than this one. There is a camera at the door. Friends in need can search by themselves.

Excellent location, close to the sea and a 15-20 minute walk to Nice city center. Comfortable rooms, and bathrooms come with a bidet 😜. Good breakfast, rooftop pool, and covered parking are available. Plus, dogs are welcome! The staff were courteous, professional, and always helpful. Highly recommended.

Perfect! Together with my brother had a great trip to Nice. Hotel chosen because of its unique location. Very wide room. All super clean and you really feel like a king when you walk in the room. We had Suites 2. Enter the door by means of a code. You talk to the renter about how late you arrive and he stands waiting for you with a clear explanation. The renter speaks fine English. Some disadvantage were the curtains, I found them too light, but that's different for every person, of course. 10/10! !

Great hotel and location but not necessarily a 5 star service for reasons as follows: 1. It took 6 hours for our luggage to be taken to our room (it was only 2 rucksacks) which we would have happily carried up to our room ourselves but they insisted on check-in for us to leave for them to do. 2. The rudest restaurant hostess Valentine we have ever met in our many years of travelling and dining - when my husband asked to book a table for dinner, she failed to look up from her notepad and barked loudly and aggressively the words ‘WHAT?’ at him. 3. Restaurant clearly understaffed in the evening and being carried by a few superb waiting staff, namely Ken, whilst others swan around busy with little impact. Food was great and timely (once you could order it). 4. Tried to order a bottle of wine with dinner - Two of the four white wines on the menu were out of stock. Clearly some teething issues with this new hotel, understaffed and poor communication and training. A few excellent staff too. But seemed to lack any meaningful or visible leadership in key client facing areas, which the brigade seemed to need.

If it is not a smaller size, this hotel is absolutely value for money. The staff is very friendly. There is a caring radiator in the bathroom. The clothes are washed and dry the next day. There is a coffee machine in the room. There is coffee tea. The most important thing is to open a kettle. This is really difficult. Expensive. Every morning I went out and found that the door handle had prepared croissants for us. There were also many mirrors behind the room (of course we lived in two rooms slightly different). I feel that this hotel can be worth 700+ if you don’t care about the exterior.

Overall, I was satisfied, but I kept hearing a 'ding-dong' knocking sound, which I didn't experience on the 6th floor a few days ago. I'm on the 4th floor now, so maybe they're doing some maintenance. Also, a 100 Euro deposit is required for every stay, even though the full payment has already been made. This seems a bit unreasonable; even the famous Swiss hotels only charge a 1 Euro deposit. Hmm.
