"The room was OK. The air conditioner was broken when we arrived. They were very proactive in solving the problem and changing our room. The only problem was that there was a power outage at 1am, which was quite frustrating. Other than that, the facilities were quite complete, clean and tidy, just like in the pictures."

The next morning, I had breakfast at the hotel and went to the hanging village and ice cave. I will come again during the summer vacation. Luya Mountain is also perfect for summer!"
