"We had a very pleasant stay at Tami Residence. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh options that changed every day. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from the terrace where we had our breakfast. . The hotel has a swimming pool, a sauna, a jacuzzi, and convenient parking, which made our stay even more comfortable. The only downside was some constant noise from the air conditioning or other technical equipment outside the window. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was noticeable, especially at night. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again."

"We stayed in new rooms that were newly made available opposite the actual hostel. The rooms were clean and the landlord was accommodating. We were there for the jazz festival so it was a bit noisy. The hostel has no reception and is above a restaurant, so there are smells... hence the point deduction"

"The location is really central. Downstairs is Piazza Milano I, connecting Niš Castle and the pedestrian street! All attractions are within walking distance. The key is that there are two Chinese restaurants on the pedestrian street, which can be reached in 5-8 minutes on foot! Downstairs is H&M, which has a wide variety of products. The selection of European products is different from that in China! Rich breakfast and warm service👍"

"The location is excellent; I chose a room near the bus station, a 13-minute walk away, and a 10-minute walk from the city center. I chose a room with a terrace; there's only one with one. The refrigerator wasn't working properly, but they brought me a new one the next day. Since it's an attic roof, there are visible leaks, but they didn't bother me because I'm a big fan of terraces and balconies. The owner is very attentive and responds to messages promptly. When I wanted to extend my stay but everything was already booked, he offered a solution. The receptionist speaks Russian. However, my UniPay cards didn't work."

"Spacious room with a large comfortable bed. Fridge, no tea/coffee making facilities, ample hanging & drawer space, 2 charging points beside the bed, wifi good, aircon ok, inroom safe. Bathroom had a walk-in shower with shower gel/shampoo dispenser, soap dispenser at basin, hairdryer. No shelf space for soap bags & toiletries. Buffet breakfast had the usual hot & cold choices with fried/scrambled eggs, bacon, rolls, ham, cheeses, waffles, filtered coffee urn urn & fruit juice machine & a selection of sweet delights. Ate in the hotel restaurant which was very good. Food was delicious & well presented. First class, friendly service & reasonably priced. Friendly & helpful staff? Hotel location was a bit out of the way. No restaurants or bars in the local vicinity. Taxi into town (€ 3/4). Entrance to hotel from carpark is down a lot of steps/ramp & is challenging with luggage . Part of a Mercury Journey Through the Balkans holiday tour group."

"I booked on Agoda. The hotel says there is an elevator. There is NO elevator but you can walk up 5 flights with your luggage. The bathroom is a “trendy” bathroom w smoked glass door, not a real wooden door. Meaning you can hear your partner on the toilet. Fun!! ****** designed the shower. The shower will flood the entire bathroom as well as the carpeted room outside of the bathroom. There is no table in the bathroom, meaning my iPad and clean clothes were soaked by the over flowing shower. Beds are like low to the ground , military cots"

"This is an impeccably modern hotel with a cool, artsy vibe. It is very comfortable and quiet and a very easy walk into the mall area in Nis. The room is well appointed, wifi and AC work well and it is quiet. Breakfast is not included by default and for the price it should be really. Many good bakeries nearby though. It is an easy walk to the bus station if that is how you arrive in Nis. Two negatives though (1) there are multiple flights of stairs (3) as well as a lift from level 0 to 3 where the hotel is - so pack light, (2) no fridge in room, only a communal one at reception."
