"Despite booking a deluxe double room, I was given a standard room on the second floor. Since it wasn't what I booked, I negotiated and was upgraded to a Polar Class room on the fourth floor. However, it was a connecting room. I would have preferred to be assigned the correct room class as booked. The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. The hotel was conveniently located in the city center."
